I found the camera tilt while strafing a little distracting, and I wasn't finding many uses for my dash. But the art was really cohesive, I liked the tone of the game, and the movement felt pretty good. I just wish there was a little more to it.

@pseudohausen You can turn off camera sway/tilt in the settings under accessibility.

Thanks for the kind words, we're glad you enjoyed it! We might add more content in future. Thanks again!

Wow, this is amazing, great job. I love how the combat feels, although I want to throw my sword, even if it's a bad idea. I also love the sound effects, made me laugh.

A lot of fun! Found it very satisfying to just slash everything in my path muahaha! The style of the game look really nice, though it did make signs somewhat hard to read but not really an issue!
The main thing I found was that the jumping could sometimes be unforgiving especially when moving, getting near the edge of a platform and jumping I found sometimes the jump wouldn't register and I'd plummet to my death! So maybe a more forgiving jump radius!

@gamesbysaul Thank you Saul! We're glad you enjoyed it. Sorry about the jumping, we'll fix that in the post-jam patch!

Man, this is what I call style! I can't exactly put it into words, but your game is insanely immersive! It makes me feel like someone or something else, like in a different reality, fully absorbed. It's a bit how remembering games from the N64/PSOne or related computer era _feels_.

Fun experience, missing some more mouse sensitivity but overall really great, pretty big game for a jam

Absolutely LOVE the pacing!! I stopped at floor 4 or so where you have to make the jump over the wooden platforms. will probably get back to it.

hilarious sound effects :D music not too loud, nice one!

improvements:
* Sword sound has too much bass for my taste.
* Picking up items/hearts first and then eating them separately is a nice idea but it is quite hard. Items like this usually are picked up and grant health automatically as you walk over them.

Movement felt pretty nice, good work!

Interesting game, I liked most of the art and sound, but I thought there were too many enemies for the variety they offered. It would've been nice if the enemies also had swords so there would've been a reason to block, and in general it was hard to tell when they attacked. Good job on including accessibility options, cool game!

Awesome game! It's pretty short but still impressive that it was made in only 2/3 days. I can easily see this turn into a full game, and even launching on Steam or other platforms, it has potential. Success to you guys!

@magna Thank you! Yeah, we completely forgot about mouse sensitivity, we'll be sure to add it to the post-jam update.

@oc1d We're happy you enjoyed playing! Your feedback is duly noted.

@realkonstantin Thank you :smile:

@save-sloth-studios Thanks for playing. We'll be sure to add some more warning when enemies attack in the update.

@hakunasoft Thanks! We're don't think we'll be taking this too much further, since we do have another project in the works. But it can change.

Loved the mood, sound design is superb. The combat was satisfying, although enemy AI was very simple. The graphics are amazing, really good job! Congrats! :D

Wow, that's some smooth control! You could have made a fun first person platformer on these controls and it would have been fun too.

@joonamo Thank you! We were going to add some platforming bits, you can kinda see that in the fifth level, but we decided we wanted to focus on the combat.

I really liked the look of the game. The combat felt good at times, but also felt a little mashy for me. For a 72 hour amount of time, what you accomplished is remarkable though. I really think that a bit of polish could take this really far.

The movement felt pretty nice and the dash too, maybe it lacks of utility in the levels, I found that using the dash in combat was not really necessary except for jumping above the holes.
I found the enemies were not agressive enough and does not deal much damage, compard with the number of hearts they drops.
The sound part is nice, I just think that the blood sound is a bit unappropriate maybe (sounds like squeezing a bottle of ketchup)
Besides all that, the visuals is great and cohesive, the overall ambience is pretty nice !

@pierre-morreel I've removed the dash in the post-jam update (which will be coming out soon), due to it, as you've said, being pretty much useless. I may also increase the difficulty, we didn't get to do much play testing, so the balancing is a bit off. Thanks for playing and feedback!

Lovely aesthetic, the game looks beautiful. Movement and actions feel very fluid too.
I had trouble reading the text without getting really close to it, and picking up items sometimes doesn't really work. I wish the enemies spawned closer to the explosive barrels, I feel that would lead to more fun interactions.
Great job!

@fishmasterino Thank you! We tried to keep the enemies spread out. Can't have it being too easy XD. I'll try figuring out a way to fix the text on the signs.

The graphics are really cool, I like the 3D with a pixel shader over it. The game is really atmospheric, but sadly there wasn't any difficulty. You just could spam attack all the time and had an easy time. Nonetheless, I think, with tweaking the battles and adding more levels the game can become great. More jump passages would've been nice as well.

Great work! Love the graphics and sound. Gameplay was fun but I do wish there was a bit more challenge. The camera tilt made me a bit dizzy but thats probably just me :D. Overall great job, well done!

@skosnowich Thank you! It's actually not a shader, the camera resolution is just set to a very small size XD
I've increased the difficulty for the post-jam update (coming out soon).

@pnkvrt Thanks! Very much appreciated. I'll be upping the challenge in the coming update. Also, you can turn off the camera tilt in the settings.

Quite impressive for a 72h entry i like the artstyle but it make some stuff hard to read or see sometime (heart and text mainly)

@cyriaque Thanks! Yeah, we're couldn't find away to make certain things clearer, so we had to settle with making them as big as we could.
