There is too much happening on the screen at once, and the ship is really not fun to control. The crusty jpgs give it a boost in humour but, overall, it needs work.

I love the aesthetic and the story is really fun. Gameplay gets a little too chaotic early on. I never really understood what I was trying to do. A tutorial would help a lot.

First of all, I really loved the menu screen, I thought it was really unique. The intro was so corny... I LOVED IT! Then the gameplay starts and I am like: ok, seems nice enough, and then BAM! green guy appears, then the goddess of love, I get trapped by yellow guy on the right and then proceed to die. I don't know what I was doing and how to actually play. Absolutely briliant.

For me, really good humour and sound, the grahics were really nice too. Shame the tutorial didn't work (at least for me). But I will be looking forward to your next creation ;)

Funny art and nice menu. seems fully developed but maybe even a bit too chaotic to play for me.

I'm not entirely sure what was going on, everything was so fast that I had to try to understand new mechanics as they came up. That all being said, this was incredibly fun and different. The pacing was actually somewhat exciting and the way that you moved/attacked was a lot of fun. I wish I knew what hurt me and what didn't I'll just have to calm down a bit and try again. :)

You could have made it a bit clearer, what your goal in the level is. Also I agree with @adamphoebe that there is probably too much things going on at once, or at least they are not introduced slowly enough...
Was a weird experience, kinda fun though.

The initial menu is really amazing! I loved the moving circles and i see you put an "options" menu too - nice touch!

I liked the story and the way you tell that, but i have to mention that the pretty dark background with that images showing up so intense could be problem for some people - like, a real health problem.

My tip is to reduce the bright colors, at least at their intensity. That should help. and that final white bright screen, should be more subtle in my opnion - almost get me blind haha.

Another think that i see other players already have said, is that in a certain point that it becames a little confusing what is happening.

But afterall, i had fun! this game made me laught a couple times for his unique ideia - a nice story, with a touch of humor. I loved the change of sound in the menu too!Great work and i wish you the best moving forward

Staring off, the menu in this game alone is something to behold. It feels really polished for a game jam, and I'm impressed you got this implemented in time. Loved the windchimes in the menu that would randomly play a different tone when hovering over the various options. Speaking of options - this game has options!

Nice job including a story as well. It made me laugh, and it gives the player a bit of a sense of purpose.
Very cool to see this level of polish in a game jam.

Gameplay was fast and hectic, and I enjoyed the screen shake effect quite a bit. The visuals were bright and nice to look at, and the sound effects fit the game well. I wish the music was a bit louder - what I could hear sounded nice.

I do wish the game had a little more in terms of instructions or tutorials because I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to do at a few different moments.

This is a fun jam entry with an unexpectedly high level of polish.

Very nice janky graphics! And the core gameplay is actually very fun and it is fun to go for attacks while still trying to evade getting hit.

It did became pretty hard to tell what was happening after a while. It also felt like getting trapped to the right side was a death sentence?

game is really chaotic, but somehow hilarious. Laughed at that pure chaous switching to elevator music at the end=) gameplay reminded me of that one game intentionaly bad game, about how not to make stuff in games

Nice!!
I was honestly not expecting it to be so cool. I loved the intro cinematic and the fluidity of movement. The only issues I've had were too much info on the screen in the middle of action, and sometimes I also didn't know what exactly I should hit or evade.
But very original concept, I love it!
