Pyramid Raider by Neonian

A simple platformer where you collect artifacts and avoid spikes in the deep tunnels under the pyramids.

The game works best in Google Canary, but Google Chrome is also good. There might be long loading times between levels, because of poor optimization.

I coded in Webstorm, made the art in Paint.NET and made music in Soundation. If you want to mute the music there is a button in the bottom right of the page.

it's pretty neat! For future games, adding gravity to the particles is a good way to make them look even better!

Really nice! The graphics are cool, and the little visual tweaks like the particle effects and changing light are great. One minor complaint is that pressing space bar causes the webpage to scroll down, but the w key works fine. Awesome job!

A little tip, to mute the music, right-click the tab in your browser, click mute. Other than that, good looking game.

Simple but well made, would have quite liked a check point because when you die near the end of the level and going back to the beginning is slightly annoying. Then again, I only died twice so it wasn't much of a problem

*crying* Why.. why respawns only at start? I closed a game after death D: Make smaller levels next time, man.
Looks like telephone game about red ball from my childhood :D
Horisontal speed a bit slow, for me.
Underground effect is really cool. Maybe I will use this idea :p
Try to make idle animation next time with up-down body movings. It really give a life for a game.
