I tried running the game on Windows 10, unfortunately it brings up the window with the Godot logo, and then immediately closes without an error message or anything. I don't know if it is a common issue or if it's just me. If it is fixed, feel free to @ me in a comment and I will come back and review the game.

Same for me, on itch.io it just ended with 'function signature mismatch' and after downloading it it just closed itself without an error

It's pretty fun but I don't really like the blood effect and the game slows down hugely whenever there's more than a few enemies.

@microchasm @momo-hunter That problem should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@junber no worries, these things happen. I will check out the game.

Good idea and tutorialization. Some things, like the fact that you can call waves early, should be shown visually instead of just through text. Graphics are simple but nice, same with the audio. I didn't see a huge amount of strategy, but it was a solid base for a tower defense. I like the idea of a ghost running around scaring tourists and laying traps. I'd like to see lots of particles effects and quicker movement to give the player more feedback and visual interest.

Nice game and nice music and nice art, I made it to the last layer and lost because there were too many enemies and too little money, also it was kinda hard to keep track of the bombs, especially over the different layers and I think the time for a new wave to spawn was not enough, often the waves accumulated and I had no time and no money to build counter measures fast enough, so a little tweaking would be nice, but all in all I really enjoyed the game, great job

Nice take on a tower defense game. I enjoyed playing it. The background image change when going into settings was a nice touch ;)

Nice game, it is fun. I would suggest some sort of reference menu because sometimes I forget what some things do.

Nice game! The blood particles caused a bit of lag, but otherwise the game ran smoothly. I wish you got a bit more money from killing enemies, so I could experiment more with the different traps!

Really nice game. I managed to beat the game and it was a lot of fun. I like the almost Minecraft-like pressure plate redstone connection mechanic :) although I found the best damage dealing strategy was to manually right click a bow that I had lined up in a long corridor with a lot of spikes and crocodiles^^ Besides the blood effect that was slightly laggy, even the Web version was perfectly fine for me. And the background music conveys a nice mysterious pyramid ambience as well. Great entry!

The artwork is great, I like the variety of traps and enemies. It was interesting to find the traps that work well together like the, slow downs and the fire. Thanks for the game!

Cool game idea and setting. The build up of 1000 seconds was way too long. I liked the different enemy types but I ended up using all my money on simple traps so got defeated by the grave robbers.

Very entertaining tower defense. It's a good idea to have multiple map level, it's make the game more complexe and more intesting.
It's weird but... it's fun to kill tourists :knife:
I would like tourist characters to be more animated. Add sound fx to make the game more juicy.
Some traps are easy to understand but other are not obvious, specialy the bow with the detector.

@c4scar yes the cooldown is long, but you can reduice it by clicking on it, so it's ok.

Tutorial at the beginning is very helpful, you can improve it by adding illustration (not just text).

Sometimes the game become laggy.

Overall, I had a good time. Nice game !

Very nice game, a cool twist on the tower defense genre. Also lovely tutorial, the instruction texts had me laughing a few times. I did experience some issues:

- performance when enemies die
- after the first three or so waves, there were no calm moments anymore and everything was constantly flooded with enemies - would have been nice to have some time here and there to build stuff without frantically running around and rightclick spamming the bows (which appeared to be much more effective than the pressure plates), also this way there was no time to properly experiment with the unlocked new traps
- the trap selection order seemingly changed arbitrarily and I'm 90% sure the pressure plates just vanished from the menu altogether for a while, or maybe I was just too stupid to find them

That all being said, it is a great basis for a very engaging and enjoyable TD game. With some more polishing this could surely turn into quite an itch.io hit. :) Great work!

I really am not understanding what I am supposed to do. I placed items down but nothing is happening. I can''t start the game at all.

I love games where you kill tourists hahaha
Very fun, some of the traps are quite inventive and make you think about how to place them.
The click areas could be enlarged to make them easier to activate.

@vixenmink when placing the first trap the game mentions to right click the countdown at the entrance to start the wave immediately. otherwise you have to wait till the countdown goes to 0. :)

I'm still not seeing that dialogue on the html5 version but definitely nicer to get past the traps planning. Thanks

Well done for something made in 72 hours, and the tutorial was a nice touch. One thing I did find a little confusing is the lack of directional sound or a mini-map. It made it a little hard to figure out what was going on elsewhere on the map.
