It's not a bug, it's a feature by Life_Lich

I wanted to create a game that felt broken and Unstable.

I hope that I have managed to create this feeling/mood. broken.JPG

Hey wait a minute, did you just come up the with title and description as an excuse because you couldn't fix the bugs? :D you can tell us the truth :D

A little strange atmosphere ... I finished the game using in my hand the same card + extra dmg 5

Nice game!
During the first few seconds I thought my PC was going to crash so the art direction was quite effective ahah.
The last battle (I think?) was really hard, I didn't manage to beat the monster event after several attempt (EDIT: the +5 dmg per disabled cards did the trick)
The "Unstable" mecanics is clever! But I think however that it would be clearer if the percentages of disabling chance was visible, it was difficult to predict which cards were the more useful
Overall I think it's a neat card game with a cool glitchy aesthetic!

More depth to the gameplay that it seem.
Solid entry, it really is original.

PS: I laughed way to much at the "house" enemy. Cuz' of his eyebrows.

@jesper-fyhr-knudsen what bugs, there are no bugs, so if you see any that is a feature.

nah :) an alternative title was "It Just Works".

If you or anyone else sees any bugs plz let me know.

@togimaro thank you, percentages of disabling is a really good idea

Dreed is OP. I really dont understand unstable mechanic and just rushed with dreed card

Can agree with @uboretsky here - unstable mechanic is unclear and Dreed card OP

The atmosphere in general was... weird? I don't mean it in a bad way, it's really something unusual and unexpected.

The final fight was a little tougher than the rest, but otherwise the game's pretty good. Great job!

Loved the atmosphere, and what you did with the background audio. The mechanics were interesting, too.

The style fits the theme very well. But I got the feeling that I didn't got the full depth of the game just using two types of Cards. At least the last fight could have been a bit harder to have to look a bit deeper which cards could be usefull for the fight. Overall cool style, and some really nice ideas! Good work!

Really creative idea. The visual effects were cool and fit the theme.
The difficulty felt a little on the easy side (Played the whole game with Full hand of Dreed), but I understand there's only so much balancing you can do in the time provided.
Overall really well done. The combat was fun and intuitive.
Also, the house enemy was hilarious, really added to the vibe of the game. Nice work.

Interesting :)

Definitely creates the atmosphere of instability and uncertainty. Different cards are nice, but it seems to me that those that deal higher damage (Deadlock and OutOfOrder) tend to get disabled most often, independent of your general instability level. So ultimately, and especially for the last boss, the winning strategy is just stuffing your hand with Dreed. That's a bit of a shame.

I also never managed to actually kill the "rectangle" enemy. Even though I defeated him a few times, he always stayed on the map. I guess that's on purpose :)

Music fits very well to the general atmosphere.

PS. I'm still totally unsure why I had 3 dudes and what the function of the camera tiles was

Great aesthetic, simple battling system (although I might not have understood parts of it), and good atmosphere, with that glitchy audio!

@fabula-rasa I have take a lot of inspiration from old gameboy games bug/glitches, one of the more fun once was that there would be extra player character walking around on the screen, from that I was also planning on to include some puzzle element's in to the game, but because of time, it got cut from the game same with the story.

Nice take on the theme.
I had some trouble undertsanding the game.

The buggy looks works fine but the music is kind of hurting after a while.
Nice job !

Definitely seems like a strong take on the instability theme. I liked the intentional buggy look however.

Nice card game mechanics! I really like the music (as in actual good music :D) it reminds me of some Alva Noto stuff. I couldn't beat the tree-like enemy after multiple attempts with different card combinations but had fun with this one, great job!

Couldn't beat what I assumed to be the last boss, but it was enjoyable. The mechanics weren't very clear and I just played whatever I was able. I had no idea why cards were disabled sometimes, but not other times.

I didn't understand how cards mechanics works and was just spamming through whatever I could do. The unstable concept here is amazing. But gameplay was quite boring for me. Apart from that the game looks solid!
Thanks! good luck!
