Didn't think I would play for quite awhile, but I did. My general criticism is that the text could be quite hard for some users to read, and that using the rope could be a little finnicky to use. Maybe once you selected the rope, it's automatically "equipped" and you're safe.
Fun game, I would have liked if you could switch the tool you were using through the keyboard like with (1, 2 or 3)
Great job!
Otherwise the game is fun & I love the game art!
The main character kept falling, and I hadn't even done a few jumps
It would be finished off a little and there will be an excellent climber simulator.
Well aside from the many subpar elements of the game, i had to fervently worship the BGM and overall sound quality. It was sublime and took me off guard, i didn't expect that quality from a game developed in 72 hours. It was something worth a ton of respect or even, a standing ovation.
And at that point the game was actually good! So please on your next jam take the time to make an in-game interactive tutorial, it's really important and helps a lot with first impression!
The game itself feels rough, slow and unpolished but despite of that it's fun to play, nice job!
I think this game has lots of potential if the reaction timeframes aren't that tight. Some other indication aside of the warningsigns would be great, since its not so distinguishable taking the time factor into consideration. One possibility would be to flash the entire mountain when you should rope.
