Really fun game. Mechanics feel so polished. Random weapon pickup is great too. Rate this game highly! Only slight issue is how difficult it can be at times between the floor and holes. Really good submission though :)

Wow, the graphics in this game look so polished! I really like the little dust particles and lighting. The shooting felt good and there was great feedback with the screenshake and color flash. I don't think I ever died to an enemy though, just kept accidentally rolling into holes in the ground, haha. Overall, this is an incredible polished and fun little shooter.

Oh, and I accidentally left the starting room without grabbing the pistol first time around, lol.

Absolutely loved it! I do wish there was a little shake or some sort of indicator before a tile falls though.

I liked your game, it reminded me of enter the gungeon.

Cool game! I liked the art style and gameplay.

Only grievance was, that there seemed to be no warning when tiles were going to fall off under your feet. I don't know if I could have evaded it my rolling immediately, but I at least didn't manage that. Instadeaths felt punishing, but that was probably intended, as you should stick to the edges to play safe.

The techno song was ok but I would have expected more adventurous song to fit the theme.

Anyway, the game looked gorgeous and felt very polished and the many guns and procedural levels also gave it replay value 🙂

Great looking game, the movement felt really nice. I would not guess that this is a jam game. If you did not tell me during the stream that levels were repeating, I might thought that they are randomly generated. Having said that I would like to be able to reload the weapon outside of combat. Additionally the dropping tiles can kill you without being able to doge it. I would add a system that prevents 'unfair' deaths.

Made it to level 4 in my first try, the mechanics are really cool, collapsing temple looks nice and those big guns :D
Sticking to the walls helps avoiding falling down and changes the way to play the game xD
Great work you two.

Awesome game! Great job on the animations and responsiveness overall of the game, it looks like a complete priced one premium one.

Gave you my feedback during my stream earlier, but I wanted to comment again on how gorgeous the pixel art in this game is.

I think the controls are spot on and the graphics are pretty cool! I also really liked the gun variety in this game :)
My only nitpicks would be to add more variety to the levels, maybe make the RNG a bit fancier. Also, the tiles sometimes fall from below you resulting in a cheap death. I'd have made it respawn you instead of killing you since it's quite hard to avoid and is frustrating.
Still, I really enjoyed this submission. I wouldn't mind seeing more progress on this, especially with even more cool guns :D

Very nice game! Lovely art, glowing things are great. And really nice how the temple collapses. One of the most well polished games I've seen so far, it really does look close something you could get on Steam.

Holy crap! This has some great UX, shooting felt good, dodging felt good, and it all looked.. good!

Music was decent but it started to get repetitive fast, but that's ok.

Great entry sheesh!

Amazing game, super polished. It doesn't feel like it was made for a game jam.

Heya! I think you did an excellent job of putting together a game that feels really polished and visually complete in such a short period of time. I was a little concerned at first about the amount of feedback / juice we'd see, but later gun upgrades clearly did provide more pep. I had some issues with the pacing of this one. I feel like smaller rooms with more variety of rooms and enemies, would have gone a long way, as the single type of enemy and few rooms made it feel like I was backtracking a lot, rather than heading to an exit as the premise suggested. One other minor nitpick would be that falling through the floor should probably subtract one heart, rather than instant game-over, as it's currently super punishing for something so minor.

Overall though, I think you're seriously talented and it shows from the game you've made. So many aspects of this are excellent, and so it's easy to talk about the few things that stick out. Don't let that take away from how impressive this is!

Thanks for the game!

Nice and funny shooter! Even the fact the music was not original, you had a great mood of the temple adventure, nice job!

Really amazing entry!! It is extremely polished and fun! The pixel art graphics look very good, the controls feel tight and responsive and the different weapons are all satisfying to use. My single nitpick is that I found the cursor slightly too hard to see at times. Overall a very impressive entry!!

Yooooo DOPE game I love the weapon variety! Those instadeaths from blocks falling in front of me was ouchies, but I could also blame myself for not sticking to the edges. Gameplay feels responsive as heck, artwork is amazing, what more to say? great your guys!

The game is great! I love how polished it feels, its' art style reminds me a lot of Enter the Gungeon, which is a good indicator because EtG has great pixel art  The light system also adds a lot to the game's atmosphere. In terms of visual stuff, I only feel like there could be two improvements - there could be a more obvious indicator of the holes, with the dimmed lights it wasn't always obvious which part of the map could be walked on and which one was a hole. The second flaw I think is a lack of visual indicator when the room's been cleared and where is the door (there could be e.g. an arrow pointing into the next room's direction).

In terms of gameplay, it's really fun. ~~I wish however that there was some kind of tumble/jump/dash option~~, because there were cases when I've cleared the room after first few seconds, and then tried to walk around avoiding holes whilst looking for the exit at the same time, which took me much more time than I'd like to admit  Also, on some "tight" maps with one tile wide corridors, the falling blocks made it kinda frustrating to get to the exit. I also feel like the player's hitboxes could be a little more forgiving, because I've died multiple times to a projectile which I was pretty sure I'd avoid, only to realize I got hit afterwards.

Overall, the game is very good. It was really enjoyable, and the whole entry felt very polished, almost like a finished game - I feel like you could add more weapons, upgrades, enemies, levels and just sell it on steam for 10$. And I'd buy it!

**EDIT:**
Oh god, I just realized that **THERE IS** a tumble in-game! I just didn't bother to use the right click of my mouse :face_palm:

**EDIT2:**
By the way, 2 sniper rifles with constant space-switching is pretty bonkers.
