House comfort... by RalfZ

House Comfort...! My first game trying to tell a small story. My programming is on a very beginner level so this didn't require a ton of programming. The scripts I made are pretty basic too. I liked doing this simple sprite art style! Though some things like this camera still has some problems. This was also the first time I made my own music... so please be gentle on that lol. Only feedback I have is that he mouse sensitivity was quite high. The graphics had the handmade charm and i enjoyed some of the interactions.
Congrats on making your first game in LD! :)

Is something suppose to happen after the escape? It looks like it's getting stuck there at least for me.
Otherwise looks great

@p-r Inspecting 'The escape' is the end! It was supposed to fade away but that went a little wrong :c. But yes it's supposed to be like that. Thanks!

It's a cool creepy little game. Good job! Bugs happen at least the fade out seemed to be the only bug.

Cool game! I ended up clicking the phone pretty early after sleeping, so i didn't get to explore everything. It is a great concept, I would love to see it fleshed out and explained a little more.

Good work on the atmosphere. The build-up in tension is nicely done.

Nice little story game, although I'm not a big fan of blood and gore. It froze when I picked up the telephone, so I assume that was the end. I guess he escaped by calling someone and getting help?

This was quite unsettling (in a good way). I enjoyed playing this game!

A weird little game, but I like the aesthetic you were going to, plus the "plotwist" you add. It's a "simple" game but it's a good try!

The hand-drawn 2D-in-3D-world art style really worked well, nice job! The mouse sense was too high for comfort but since I didn't have to aim at things under pressure (like in a shooter for example) it didn't interfere with my enjoyment. The musical change was another nice touch that really helped sell the experience.

Story was a good mix of mystery, mundane, and horror.
