I love the sfx, it reminded me of playing Warcraft2 and having 100s of villagers cut wood at the same time. I would have liked to see villagers return to their job after eating, not doing that makes it more challenging. I liked building up a lot of units. My suggestion would be to make buildings more expensive each time you build one, because once I got enough villagers I had way too many resources (but I also played on easy because I'm generally bad at rts's). I was getting a good chuckle every time I heard the voice, love that voice and . Although I was strongly impressed with villager selecting system, it could be (just slightly) improved. I don't like the default Unity buttons and sliders, but I guess that's a trade-off for a fantastic gameplay.
