Brain In Jar by MechanizedIT
When you are a brain in a jar, getting around and staying sane at the same time is not always so easy.

Play Brain In Jar in your browser on PC, Mac, Linux, or Mobile.
Play On a mobile device in Fancade app for easiest controls
Controls on Keyboard:
Left Arm - 'WASD'
Right Arm - 'Up, Down, Left, Right' Arrows.
Version 0.1
Current version has 3 levels with basic mechanics, and with a little less than 24 hours to go, hopefully I will be able to flesh the game out more and add a lot more levels. Your feedback is appreciated!
Version 0.2
- Added 2 levels
- Added physics blocks as obstacles
- Reduced Damage to player from impact
- Decreased Keyboard base movement speed (Plan to add a key modifier for slow and fast speed on Keyboard)
- Changed outlines on clouds and environment to be lighter
Platform
I made this game using Fancade in my browser, and you can make your own too. You can see how I made this game using this Brain In Jar Kit Version. Fancade is also available on Android and iOS.

love it
Thank you all for playing my game and leaving your feedback!
The game was inspired by Bennet Foddy's 'QWOP' and 'Getting Over It', two frustrating, but fun classics.
@mateu I decreased the rate of damage for now to make it easier. I would like to keep damage in, but maybe add some repair pickups or checkpoints later.
@indiemoose Thanks, I can't take credit for the menu, that is part of the platform I developed the game on called 'Fancade' by Martin Magni.
@gibss I see what you mean, I may go back and redo the art to reduce the outlines like you suggest because I see what you mean. For now, I changed clouds outline to be very light, and reduced terrain outline value. Thanks for the critique.
