Loved it. I never found the correct combo but I just loved all the different items you could drop in the caldron, and the different results. So much fun, and lots of replayability.
I did win on my first try without really getting the grasp of what ingredients had wich effect.
My second try was more fun as I try to use bit more reflexion and even though random still had a part in it, it felt more controlled.
The art is really great, the eyes of the cat following the mouse cursor is a nice touch. The sound effects were great too, it really made each item feel "real".
Great work, thank you for your game!
The fusion is very interesting, but I wish there was an "attempt log screen" which included the history of previous ingredient combinations and results.
Overall a very fun entry, good job!
Somehow i made it!
I really liked the artstyle and specially the audio. The music is very catchy!
The concept is interesting, however i didn't really understand what i was doing. It was some sort of try and error. I feel it lacked some hinting of what to do besides the output of the potions, as it consume the ingredients. Anyway, it was fun.
Good job on developing this game!
It took me 2 fails to grasp what the game is about because I'm a lazy reader as it seems ^^.
What else can I say? The game is based on guessing and randomness which is not bad, but I had preferred that the objects somehow give a hint of what they will create in the end.
Good job!
Thank you for submitting such a beautiful looking game.
There's really too many options and too few tools to rely on anything but guesswork, and while I did have a successful run, I credit that more to the clues the game gives that you can safely ignore anything that's outside the cat's immediate reach than any actual strategy. ^_^;
And the Ice King crown :hearts:
Original idea, nice implementation, i really like sound effect's here, of course the art-style and just the cuteness and innovativeness!
Great job !
I'm not sure I quite understand the mechanics even after playing around a bit, but I guess I got close enough to "win" just by tinkering around.
Nice work!
Awesome art! Also like an idea, it isn't new, but always pretty)
Hope you will like it :)
For me, the passport pictures were oddly tiny on full screen, but guessing from others' screenshots it wasn't supposed to be. Other than that, the only real quality of life I can suggest is making it a bit clearer why certain ingredients cause the results they do - unless you can try them one at a time? I've been assuming I have to fill the pot every day. But as to why a lightsaber, fossil & some batteries made a fedora with a feather in it and a weird Pikachu tail? No clue.
Also, would be nice to have a sort of, skip to end button - sometimes you can figure out the correct potion on day 2 and then you have to force your way through the next couple days before the pawsport cat checks your passport.
Great work!
I didn’t really understand what i was doing. I feel it lacked some hinting of what to do besides the output of the potions, as it consume the ingredients. Anyway, it was fun and dandy.
Cool work on developing this game! Congrats!
