ABOUT.png

It’s there. At last. The sea. The s...tillness of the water. The sun. You’re finally able to enjoy the long-awaited vacation you’ve dreamt about aboard your brand new boat. This newfound parisian life and its people have worn you out. Careless, they’re oh-so careless! And loud… and dirty. You can’t stand it, you who love when everything’s squared up.

You take a deep breath. The feeling of the fresh air filling your lungs calms you down. You’re relaxed. You peacefully drift away to a world of matching socks and perfectly aligned bookshelves…

Or so you thought! What… a mess! The waves have come crashing against the hull and have displaced all the stuff you had carefully tidied up... God damn it! TRIGGERED!

Quick! Everything has to go back to its original spot or you fear you’ll lose your mind. Pick up items and put them back to their needed spots, in accordance with location and colour constraints. Fight against the sea swell and clean up the room before it is too late, for your stress level might rapidly become unbearable. But beware not to confuse hurry and haste, or it could get even worse…

GAMEPLAY-02.png

A game lasts 2 minutes.

As the room is littered with displaced items, your stress jauge increases naturally.

Your objective is to slow its progression down by tidying up the room, as quickly as possible.

You lose if your stress gauge fills in full.

You win if you manage to clean everything up, bearing in mind location and colour constraints, before the timer expires.

Items must be placed among 3 specific spots inside the room:

The Library: books, photo frames

The Shelf: socks, box

The Desk: pencils, coffee cups

Vases can be placed anywhere

Waves

As you’re on a boat, the swell is making your life harder.

Waves periodically come crashing against the hull, creating instability and displacing items. Make sure to keep an eye on your beloved photo frames and fragile coffee cups!

Great mood! Having some feedback for placing the items back would help communicate some level of progress to the player.

Nice atmosphere and gameplay! The controls are a little difficult to work (at least for me), overall well done!

Mercyless game, but quite fun! Did not manage to win, as the stuff kept falling to the floor, but i got pretty close ( i think?)
Dope song as well

The music worked well but what I really liked was the art style, the game looked amazing. The gameplay was challenging, I think the pickup should be a bit more forgiving, I found it extremely difficult to pick up pens.

Probably one of the best games I've played so far this jam. Really fun, took me a round to understand what to do but I didn't read any of the descriptions but managed to win my second try. Really fun and I loved the music especially!

**Great job!** This was a short, fun experience. Sufficiently challenging, and not so long as to overstay its welcome.

**I especially like the music.** The music was chaotic and fun, and fit the theme of the game perfectly. **I also liked the chaos of the game.** There was so much going on, but there were enough clues to give context to the player about what was going on. Apart from that, **the graphics looked nice** as well.

For some things I think that could be improved: I think **there could be some better indication of which things go where.** I know there were posters on the wall, and some color coding as well, but I think that maybe not having multiple colors on the same desk, as well as some feedback when a player puts things back in the correct place would lead to a better overall user experience. Apart from that, I think **the hitboxes for picking up some items could be a bit bigger.** Some items such as the pens were a little janky to pick up.

Other that that, I would say **this was a fun experience!**. The overall mood of the game was very well done, and the gameplay complimented that mood well. Thank you for including volume sliders as well. Congratulations on completing a game in such a short time, and good luck with whatever comes next!
