Couldn't play. The game was in the lower-right corner of the browser and if there were buttons or controls on the bottom I couldn't see them (chopped off). Using OSX with Safari.

Wow, finally i am the boss >:D Funny idea! FYI: I got errors after some time playing and the game stops working :(
Errors:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'work' of undefined [team.js:93]
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'guy' of undefined [team.js:222]
These are thrown after clicking on the next day button

Could play it for a while, then i also got a 'guy' undefined.
Not really logical, the guys seem to behave randomly, no matter what i do.
Nice idea though :)

Interesting idea. I would have enjoyed some more sense that what I was doing was influencing the next day's performance.
