I will say that the controls are a bit confusing. Other than that this is a good experience and I liked the art assets. Keep making games!

Nice idea :) A bit hard to control the tail but after some training it does the trick.

I never quite got the hang of it, but it's a fine game.

the gameplay is fun and the graphics and sound are really nice. As other's said the controls were a bit confusing and took me a second to understand at first.

Great Job!

It's not a bad idea, but the controls felt reversed to me, otherwise I might have some good fun with this!

This is a cute little game that I think could work pretty well on mobile. It has flappy bird levels of difficulty but with much better graphics! Using gyro-controls or left/right tapping.

I think the enemy shots are probably overkill as they fill the screen and the player already has enough to worry about. Keep in mind, you're much better at this game than anyone else playing it! We find it very very difficult!

The powerups are a nice idea, and even the forcefield is a nice touch. Overall, this is an idea that could be expanded on, and could work very well as a frustrating-casual game on mobile!

Edit: Like other's have said, the controls feel backwards to me as well.

Nice Job. I understand why the controls are reversed but I did find myself just watching the bottom of the ship to try and keep it balanced which I feel like it took away from the watching the entire game.

Pretty cute game that could (I agree) be brought to a mobile release because it's noncommittal and fun!

I really liked the concept! I think it was a bit too difficult to deal with enemies that shoot from behind the rocket, in those situations the forcefield is the only option you have, and if it's on cooldown you can't deal with the next enemy. Otherwise, I think that would be a pretty cool game to see continue past the jam :D

The art was also really nice!

The controls are hard at first, but it gets better after some time... couldn't keep my rocket alive for more than 10 sec anyway :P
I really like the art and music, though you could turn the crushing sound down a little, as I kept loosing a lot at the beginning, the repeating loud sound was a bit too much.
Nice entry, a little balancing and you could make a cool mobile/browser game!
