Leave Me Alone by crazyrems
You’re an irritated frog who wants to throw all away after the earth exploded in a black hole?!
Since nobody seems to listen to you, you just flee in search of tranquility.
This in an infinite runner (jumper is more correct).
You jump and bounce on objects in order to get further.

Some important notes: Crashes are expected during the game. If that’s the case, tell me which version you were using so I can compile it again with different settings.
MacOS build seems broken too, a new build should come soon, maybe a web export too (with less GFX).
Changelog:
- Linux: version 3 (10/04/21)
Changed physics processing to be single thread
- Macos: version 4 (10/07/21) This build should prevent some failures at opening

Wonderful graphics and incredibly satisfactory controls, my favorite tactic was to bang my head against big blocks and drag them with me away from the black hole. Great game!
Nice work !
As for the difficulty, some find it easy and others difficult, it was hard to balance, plus the leaderboard made it impossible to make adaptive difficulty.
I made objects spawns less frequently over time and the black hole speed increases as a way to put a cap to the run.
Now I have a lot of games to play.
Here's a stacktrace if it's helpful: https://ttm.sh/eSi.txt
I use Arch Linux.
That being said it's waaaaaay too hard. If you miss once it seems like you're completely doomed. I couldn't manage to get very far even if I successfully hit objects. Compounding all this is how long it shows me the black hole every restart. I don't need to be shown the black hole every single time, I'm aware it's there. Let me get back to the game.
EDIT:
Ok on a hunch I turned my 144Hz monitor down to refresh at 60Hz and the black hole was much slower this time! Somehow the speed of the black hole is framerate-dependant.
I still think you should make the restart animation shorter or nonexistent, and I'd echo the desire to know how far away the black hole is, but overall a pretty fun game once I worked out the technical issue 😅
The sound effects and the graphics were all so on point, this was pretty fun. The leaderboard was a really nice touch too - fantastic job :)
Only one minor note: the buttons overlapped with the "would you like to post this on the leaderboard" if you are in full screen
Super small thing - the game as a whole was really well done :)
Nice job!
There's many ways to improve the game but an indicator about how far the black hole is is a great idea, as many suggested.
It was not intuitive at first to hit big objects but it was fun.
Good job !
