this is great

I really love this. It's funny, got some variety in mechanics, it looks great. Big fan. If the move/attack were a little juicier this would be unbelievably good.

Isn't too hard once you figure out all the patterns. Bouncing eu stars back is a must!

Whew, that was tough.... took my dumb brain forever to realize that the best attack was reflecting the stars back.


Spent most of that battle at a 1/2 heart, I completely cheesed it by going to the *veeeeery* right of the screen during the money attack. Might want to fix that. 😅

Absolutely hilarious. The dancing queen part gets me every time.

I think the attack could do with a bit more polish to make it feel meatier. Maybe even having a light/heavy attack that I can weigh my choices when fighting her so I can either deal more damage or have more mobility.

@deprecat Thanks for the feedback, and I think you're 100% right. Better movement and game feel was high on my list of things to do, but I prioritised the attacks and humour over it. Given a bit more time I would have loved to make it feel better to play, as you're right that it's not as good as it could be!

This is a very different interpretation of the theme. I like this.
Great dancing animation done in a simple way.
Controls are tight and good. I would have liked the attack collision range to be a bit more forgiving, especially for the EU stars.

It was pretty funny. I liked Theresa May's facial expressions. I agree with some of the previous comments that the collision and gameplay felt a bit difficult to use.

As an american, I didn't really know who I was fighting, although I figured it was some sort of politician and still found it funny. I really liked watching the different attack phases, especially the dancing one. It might've been nice if you bounced off eachother when landing hits. I felt like a lot of the game was me trying not to run into Theresa after my attacks. Other than that, great submission.
