The idea is fun and I really like the music. I will say it's a bit too easy to stack them, and really had to try to make them fall. But anyway this is overall a good jam game. Well done.

I love it! The stacking functionality works well. I especially like the slow mo effect. I feel that the pace of the game could be sped up a little bit as there is quite a wait before you can place another pizza. Very fun game :)

I liked the mood and how you took care of some small details to keep the suspended belief of the environment, like the ending with a blast of pizzas in slow motion. The sound also gives a lot of taste to those pizzas :))

For the innovation, I think you could have played a bit more with it. You have the physics engine and the pizzas set, you could have had some fun with different concepts!

@octahedronsoftware a quick google search suggests to reinstall directx, mayber this could solve your problem?

Super fun game, nice graphics and feel and worth playing for the end state alone!

@erikengineengineer I tried it on another computer and got it working. I got a highscore around 68k. The game is simple but fun. The slow motion effect when the tower falls is glorious. The music is fitting but it was quiet compared to the sound effects. Very nice overall!

Neat take on the theme, Those were indeed some unstable pizzas to stack, not sure they would be safe to eat tho! Would like to have a word with the chef about that recipe cuz i have never seen pizzas bounce around that much haha.
pretty nice difficulty curve having the pizzas shuffle back and forth faster after each stack. Got to say the soundtrack was pretty fitting, and the ambience was also a nice touch.

I love pizza, and I love that old game from buttons-time cells, where you need to build a tall house. At one moment I wanted to do something like this. Now I am glad I did not, because your version would destroy mine :D

Think the game would be better if the speed increased slightly faster as It was a little slow paced. But I had fun playing it and liked the idea. Great entry dude! Was a pleasure to get to play it!

Nice little game! I'm bit unfamiliar with Unreal, but I wasn't able to launch the game from the root folder. I had to launch it from binaries. Also my GPU decided to start working real hard, even though game is supposedly simple. I wonder if there are any quick optimizations you could do for jams.

Why did I have so much fun just piling pizzas on top of each other ? Quite a straightforward approach for the "Unstable" theme, and it works !

Really nice choise of genre, I didn't even think about it, but it fits there really well. Overall it's a simple game, with nice graphics, but the dramatic ending effect is just genius.

This was a fun experience and very fitting for the theme. I think my highscore was around 66653 :D

I found the gameplay itself to not be the most thrilling thing in the world, but I'll be damned if it's not worth the pay-off when the tower falls. The slow motion, blur, and camera change at just the right time are just so very effective.

Oh my god... At first I thought, oh, this is fun, a little physics based tower building game with a pun. But then I lost... And now my stomach hurts from laughing! What a strike of genius to let the tower fall in slow motion while the music just keeps going and you see disaster unfold... So good!

A very nice game, although I had some issues:
- the pizza drop sound effect sounds like goo
- when starting out it takes way to long for things to ramp up
- the slow-mo camera is nice, but when you have a big tower it takes forever for it to finish

That pizza drop sound effect was hilarious. I know some have complained about it but I kinda liked it lol. I let my 11 year old play your game and she fell to the floor saying "nooooooooooo" as her gigantic tower hit the ground. She says "simple game but fun!" Easy to play, good increase in difficulty, and the slow-mo death was entertaining. Good style over all and it fits the theme. Great job!

Really nice idea, simple but surprisingly compelling. When my tower finally fell, I felt a sense of loss that will haunt me to my grave.

This was a great little game, the music was funky without being too overbearing and getting on your nerves, the sound effect of the pizza however made me laugh almost every time it was such a wet squelch. I enjoyed the very dramatic slow motion fall when your tower of pizza inevitably tumbles to the ground. Simple yet well executed well done!

Ridiculous. I was half expecting a chef to be standing in the background with hands on his/her head when the tower fell. Maybe a gust of wind or a passerby, would give it more sense of peril. Very funny. I liked the squelch.
