Surprisingly deep game. The mechanics were simple and fun. Loved elements like the soap bubble making life more complicated. For some reason I kept wanting to hold shift (rather than toggle). Also I feel like screen wrap would have given more options to maneuver. Funny dialogue and pretty cute music. Overall great interpretation on the theme.

So cute and wonderfully implemented use of the theme. The art and sfx were great as well! I liked how some objects had different properties to make you think about how you organized everything. Great job!

Amazing game. Simple premise and mechanics but so much damn fun. Loved the simple visuals as well. Especially Birdbird himself. Don't really have qualms with this. Birdbird might just be a bird but he also make good game

A simple and fun game! The art is minimal and clean and represents the individuals well. The dialogue is fun and contextual. If there were one thing I could change, it would be that most of the time I want to put down the item I'm carrying, not swap it with the item in front of me. Some kind of indicator for how long the level is would be handy too. After all that chatting I'm convinced Birdbird's last name is Notabird

I really like the premise and mechanics here, and the game seems to be pretty well polished too. The art and music are good, and the fact that there's a proper tutorial built in really helps. A couple of minor suggestions though, the inner organiser in me would've loved a faint grid to be overlaid on the scales so I could line items up better, it would also be good if there was an opportunity to switch directions without moving (if I'm facing left and want to place something just to my right, I have to run left for a bit first). Also, and I understand this would be tricky given the time constraints, but adding a bit of coyote time to make jumping a bit more forgiving would've really saved my horrible reaction times from sending me plummeting off the edge a lot! That said, excellent work on this one!

Very good game. Having to hold shift as suggested before, or having a button that would definitely drop whatever I'm holding would make it a lot easier I think :)

Simple mechanic, but super polished and the music is so good that I am keeping the game open.

@glenugie thanks a lot! I wanted to add a little coyote time but I couldn't in the end because the tutorial take wayyyy too long to playtest and balance ahah. I've tried the grid but since it's 2 separate grid for each scale + some object don't line up perfectly verticaly I've cut it because it was not very clear :/

@professorfunk @jepjoh2 thanks! The reason i didn't use shift hold to grab/drop is because I check if the object can be dropped before actually dropping it (and swap if there is only one item at this place @cromo but it's not super clear) and I didn't manage to find out a solution that worked if the spot is already taken with this control scheme. But many people have pointed that to me so I definitely will look into that for a possible post jam release!

Thanks you all for the nice feedbacks!

Really fun game! The mechanics are simple, but really well performed. The difficulty *feels* hard, it sometimes looked like i was going to lose, but i actually had some more flexibility left, and that gives lots of satisfaction at the end of the level

Very cute, love it :) I was surprised how much I had to juggle the items around. Kind of tense in a good way, and it made the game feel very dynamic with a simple and easy to understand concept. Feels very polished!

Loved it, lots of fun and very cute framing/audio. My only complaint/feedback was that on a few occasions I would get stuck under an object and unable to get free.

The warp pipes were super clever. (: And great decision to make Birdbird wrap/respawn rather than penalize the player for falling. It gave me a lot of freedom to move however was most convenient.

Very cool take on the theme, it gets super fun and really sucked me in as things started to get more hectic. The atmosphere of the game is great and the writing in particular sets a really great tone that meshes with the art and music really well. Great job!
