I think it lacks of randomness to make the games more stressful. Events that make you loose a property for example would spice the games! Also, 50 years is a bit long, and we lack of ways of earning money.
But overall it's a good game about capitalism, I like the UI and the music! Well done ^^
Some thoughts for improvements:
- Less city cards, or add them only as needed (1 per player, or add one when all of one type of building are bought)
- A special card draw either every round or ever 5 rounds that affects all cities or something
- Short, medium and long game settings 50 was a lot to go through and I was mostly messing around
- The ability to hold on to your cards and use them at strategic times
Ah well good luck with your entry.
(I'm on a work laptop - so not really allowed to download and install)

The game could have used a little animation when you go to next player/turn. It took me some turn to understand that. Some feedback when clicking on buying and selling would have been cool for immersion.
Also, maybe change the color of the buildings when one player have it so we know which player is trying to buy stuff around us.
Great work!

In all seriousness, looks pretty neat, though I don't have anyone to do local multiplayer with at the moment, might come back to it later
The game in essence is great. With some better graphics and better sounds (and maybe a little more options) it would be a game I would play. What @potkirland said it can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning. Not sure what to do, but it became clear over time.
Great job!
It took me a bit to understand all the things you can do.
and ofc it is GREAT FUN!
It looks like other people are having success with the Windows build, so maybe it's just my machine.
I played with another player, but we got bored around turn 5... some random events that affected the different cities would have been good, otherwise there were not any particularly interesting choices it seemed. Whoever got the better cards seemed to win ^_^.
I liked the simplicity of it for a multiplayer game, and no hand means no hidden information, it's a nice structure for a pass the mouse around game, although it would have been nice to be able to scroll the city list (or a quick city selector menu) with the mouse too.
Good luck!
Thank you all for playing, rating and giving feedback to my game. I will upload a small update to the game when the jam ends, but the game will still need some more work.
Hope to see you all again in another Ludum Dare.
