Story
A special operation was carried out to extract the most important radioactive element from the bowels of the Earth by using a specialized robot. The robot successfully reached the element. It turned out that the element is extremely unstable and emits destabilizing waves making the robot UNSTABLE! Suddenly lava rises! Your mission is critical – deliver the element to the surface by controlling the unstable robot.
The robot is now under your CONTROLL!
Instructions
:tada: Win condition – reach the top of the level.
The robot can do one of three actions: * Dash – robot performs jump in the direction to the cursor * Jump – robot performs long jump upwards * Shot – robot shoots a projectile that kills monsters and destroys crates
:bulb: Shots can be used to perform a small jump in a reverse direction
Actions are queued randomly and will be executed one by one on mouse click. The current action is displayed on the robot's monitor face.
:notebookwithdecorativecover: If actions are performed too quickly – the robot will be overheated and shut down for a short duration (2 seconds_).
Good luck! Help the unstable robot to bring the vital element to the surface!

Great work :D
Lol, I hate when that happens.

I love your music!
It took me a while to figure out how to control the robot, despite your excellent description. You might benefit from offering a short, low-danger tutorial scenario so the player can get use to "controll"ing the robot.
Cheers!

It took me a bit to figure out exactly how the controls worked (which is my fault since I didn't fully read the controls), and it ended up being pretty fun. When the random actions all line up it feels pretty good to switch between the three ways of controlling the player.
With that being said, sometimes I would get stuck in loops where I'd keep getting the jump action multiple times in a row and would have to kind of hover awkwardly underneath some spikes as the lava came up to meet me. I think that this could maybe be remedied if you were able to have some amount of horizontal movement when jumping? Or maybe a limit to how many times in a row you can get the same action.
Fun game!
@transylvanian-blacksmiths, we like it as well, thanks!
@alina-baybulatova, glad to hear that, thanks!
@chromableedstudios, thanks mate! Minimalistic color scheme and chip tunes made it a bit easier to pack in a few days. Sadly not much time to create more levels lol
@jonah, thank you!
But I enjoyed it, well done!
And congratulations with new speedrun record! :tada:

By the way nice username lol :horse:
By the way I was able to beat your game – it's a lot of fun! Please make it more difficult next time! (just kidding :D)
@gloomyfolken, I really like your "OMG" reaction! :) Boshy can be used for warming up before playing our game :D
@shaonde, the result is not important, the process – that's what important :D We happy to see you love it <3
I really love this one and I will play it for days , trying to beat it I guess ^^.
Btw does anyone know if it's legal to release updates for the game after development phase of jam is ended?
which is kind of tricky ^^
Perfect for mobile gaming *-* Woah!
Congratulations!
@not-tomo, thanks! Let's call your emotion "raging fun" :D
@fabdynamic, thank you for such a detailed review!
@zachary-shah, thanks for the great ideas! We'll think about incorporating them in the next versions of the game :)
@mmason, agree 100%! Sometimes absolute random can ruin the run no matter what player does. It doesn't happen too often right now and it is definitely something we will rework in the next versions.
@asdeph, thanks! We decided to keep the level difficult as we didn't have much time to create more levels. A lot of time was spent polishing the game mechanics, visuals, and audio. In the next versions, it will be a lot more player-friendly from the start. :)
@hefka, the robot's monitor face always shows the next action to be performed on mouse click. Current icons and visual representation can be a bit confusing and we have some ideas on how to improve this in the future. Thanks for the feedback! :)
@stroe-andrew, we are glad you liked it! ;)
@ollieoa, thanks! Yeah, it's always fun watching streamers try-harding to get the robot to the top. :D
@tory, thank you very much for streaming and reviewing the game and sorry for your chair! It was pure fun to observe how you tried to beat the game :D
it is too hardcore to me, I'm giving up! But it is great piece of adventure! Great old school visuals and sounds, amazing submission!
The only things that somewhat bugged me were the inability to plan ahead at all (Seeing what the next move will be would help greatly with that, I think.) and the complete lack of horizontal mobility with the jump module. I got stuck in mid-air under spikes for 4 jumps in a row more often than I'd like to believe is probable. Maybe a more "balanced" RNG could help as well, i.e. decrease the chance of a module popping up the more often in a row it has already appeared.
Switching between dashing towards the mouse and shooting a projectile in the opposite direction on the fly to keep moving up was really fun and satisfying, though.
The level of polish was very nice and it was fun to play, even if I failed over and over again at very low levels...
Good entry.
