Nice art, specially the pixelated moon, but I think that the controls need more polish.
A little more air controll would be great.
Differentiating the obstacles from the rest of the background would help too.

The controls were, well not working that good. I had to be moving so that I could jump over a post.

Frank seems to need momentum to jump forward? that would be an interesting concept in a game in which the player has more time to react to oncoming obstacles.

Great visuals but jump was way too sudden, smoothing on the camera and air control would have made this game much more playable.

Jumping definitely needs some working on (lack of air control makes it slightly difficult to use) but this is a pretty solid entry. I kinda like how Frank's legs go into a blur (like Sonic) when he starts to pick up some speed.
