SynthMatch - a game where the goal is to tweak the parameters to match the generated sound wave.

All that's needed to play is a mouse and a basic understanding of user interfaces.

Source code (for art also) is included in the .zip file.

Really interesting idea, it's definitely fun to play! Love how adjusting the wave to match the games wave works! :)

Awesome, looks like a perfect game for short sessions on smartphone.

I love the idea, being a vintage synth fan myself! Its sometimes a little hard to match the waveforms, when the amplitude is quite low however.

Ooh great idea! I'm having fun, but I'm royally stuck on level 9. The waveform seems to match fairly well, but I must have something wrong. It would be nice if I could play the target sound as well as my own, (also if the play and stop buttons didn't make a noise :)). Very innovative and a cool mood though

Really cool idea, and for such a simple seeming concept it gets quite difficult.

An options menu would be nice, especially to change the resolution, since some of these patterns are really hard to see at the default resolution. Other than that, I really liked the concept. This is a very original game for sure.

Nice game quite difficult but still fun. Great Idea! 1 thing which i would be change are a knobs. Becouse they are don't work like knobs i mean at start i was trying to change position by move my mouse circle, but it doesn't work. It works like slider, probably better idea would be implement sliders than knobs. Sorry for my english skills. I hope you understand me :D

Nice idea. But the matching click and kick is reeeeaally hard.

Interesting idea, really challenging though I got stuck at level 4. A hint button or something would be really helpful, I'd like to know more about this but don't have a background in audio.

Neat concept. Though it's quite difficult if you don't know what all the terms mean. Also, I was hoping it was going to go somewhere with the "beat" level. I was hoping I was going to be making songs by the end.

As a fan of music and audio, I must admit, I really enjoyed this. My two quibbles are with the Kick/Click level (seriously, hiding a click in the waveform for a kick?! that's ridiculous), and with the static/lowpass one (very nearly didn't complete it).

Neat idea though, could be fun to see an expanded version!
