Terracon by Cassio Eduardo

[raw]
made by Cassio Eduardo for Ludum Dare 49 (JAM)

In the year 22XX humans moved underground after the second environmental collapse. They spent years excavating, until they found something unexpected - the planet itself is a living creature. Without any other options they proceeded to colonize the the planet's core by building several nuclear powered fortresses.

Due to the constant attacks from the core's creatures, the city's nuclear reactors become very unstable and requires brave pilots to dispose of these dangerous power sources into the Pit.

  • Dispose of the unstable reactors as they appear.

Another incredible game! Two jams in a row in which your game has been one of my favorites. Also, great job with the pixel art - for first time doing pixel art, this is really polished and well done! Cant wait to see your next games :)

This is great and you should be hella proud. The sprite work is terrific, the controls are quite good -- for this type of game, which is about tough controls anyway. Lots of crazy monsters, dynamic quests, there's hidden depth here that you can explain in the game definition above and also in game if you revisit this which you TOTALLY SHOULD :D fantastic work, please keep it up.
