Candle Lights by saintheiser
Just a set of levels for lighting mechanics. Things at darkness may work different than with light. Use candles to light but it's flame is unstable!
Controls:
Arrows - move Z - use fireball at lighted area and pull candles/crates at darked area. R - restart level

One thing that is my opinion of course, is that the battle with the bats should be something like turn based so that the game only focus on puzzle solving and not on hand coordination skills. Very nice submission.
1) Candle light is unstable
2) Things unstable and changes between lightness and darkness.
Just can't see how the game fits the theme. But is a really good job and i see so much potential in this game.
Thanks for share your game!
Passing the river was hard due to technical issue. I had to do funny thing such as pressing left and right while trying to pull a candle to solve the puzzle.
In next level after that, I can complete it with easy but it goes to black screen.
That being said, it's good puzzle game but needs some tweaks.
The music matched the style of the game, but personally, I didn't like it so much.
Enougth of negative points, now to the pros: I like the art style. Simple, but adorable. And I liked the puzzles and the way you presented them. They were not to hard, but also not boring. Overall I good game, that I could image to play again.

The trick with "Pass the river" is that you can turn character at required direction while character moving from one cell to another. Then everything is technical: to pull two bottom candles, burn candle at opposite side and burn growing plants with fireball.
Candle fire is unstable. And things at this game are unstable while lighting changes.
Graphics were very neat and the transition between the light and dark areas was very well done. I enjoyed the movement and the puzzles, but I felt like the Cross the River solution was a little cheapened because it required using a mechanic that wasn't hinted at and I had no way of knowing existed. I don't think that knowing about it is a problem or removes the challenge of the puzzles at all and could have been explained, but I admit that would take away from the "learn through experimentation" thing you had going.
Very nice!
