The overall concept is great and could lead to interesting stuff. I'd like to play more levels!\r<br\/>I really enjoyed the dialogs as well, they made me laugh.\r<br\/>The only thing I regret is the lack of music and sound effects, I think it would add a lot to the mood.\r<br\/>And I'd like to have a "restart level" button somewhere, I got stuck several times.\r<br\/>Anyway, amazing job! Once I figured it out it's pretty good though. If only some skilled adventurers could reach your lair... but with evil powers like yours, there is few chances they stand a direct encounter. Maybe if you lay some dangers in your dungeons for them to level up...\r\n\r\n\r\nTooltips:\r\n\r\n\r\nGUARD POST: There is a weapon rack, a table and some chairs, a deck of cards and few dices. I bet these monsters you hired will give hard time to adventurers' warrior. Be sure he gets comfortable with weak minions before sending him after big games.\r\n\r\nLIBRARY: Bookcases filled with dusty tomes won't hurt (unless too curious adventurers open the scariest ones). But the dark wizard reading them don't like to be disturbed. If you want the adventurers' wizard to skill up, you'll need to lay increasingly interesting spellbooks in his path.\r\n\r\nTRAPS: It's like gym rooms, just a bit more deadly. Thanksfully, there is a lever on the other side that stops spinning blades and retracts spikes. This way, only the most agile adventurer needs to get through. If you want this guy to stay in shape, ramp up the difficulty; rolling boulders can be surprising at first.\r\n\r\nTREASURE: Adventurers are greedy. By scattering some of your gold pieces and making sure they get a map of your dungeon, you can easily ensure they visit the finest wing of it.\r\n\r\nBOSS ROOM: There you are, sitting on your gold, waiting for newcomers. While you're depressive and suicidal, you don't want to be killed by rookies, do you? But with your devilish magic powers, adventurers will be able to defeat you only if they are all of your level.\r\n\r\nDUNGEON ENTRANCE: It's written \"Welcome\" on the doorstep. What could go wrong?\r\n\r\nEMPTY ROOM: I'm sure we can use this spare room for something... interesting.\r\n\r\nBLOCKED ROOM: If only we could mine it out...\r\n\r\n* * *\r\n\r\nSETUP\/UPGRADE LIBRARY: It's time to go outside and buy some dusty-elder-evil books at your local bookshop. Or pay some minion to do it if you want to avoid social interaction. They'll be fine choosing the spellbooks: the more they're dusty, the more they're powerfull.\r\n\r\nDOWNGRADE LIBRARY: Just pick the scariests books and throw them away. The dark mage in this library will be pissed off and leave. A less powerfull one will replace him eventually, and protect the library from intruders.\r\n\r\nEMPTY LIBRARY: Ask some goblins to setup a table outside the dungeon and pile books on. If someone buy them, the goblins won't give you the money back, but at least the place will be empty. You don't mind if some necromancers appear in the neighboorhood, do you?\r\n\r\n\r\nSETUP\/UPGRADE GUARD POST: The more they're powerfull, the more they're stupid, and the less they want gold. For instance, goblins are increadibly weak and greedy, and trolls are stupid enough to try to eat gold pieces.\r\n\r\nDOWNGRADE GUARD POST: If you want squishy monsters to ask the bigger ones to go play outside, they'll ask extra fee. If they survive, they'll take their place and defend the room from trespassing heroes.\r\n\r\nEMPTY GUARD POST: Leaving a place where they're feeded by you and entertained by wandering heroes? No way they leave peacefully. The bigger they are, the more lawyers will require money. From you, of course. Don't think monsters will leave AND give you your money back.\r\n\r\n\r\nSETUP TRAPS: So you want to add some spiky floors and arrow traps in this hallway? Sure: hire a goblin engineer; hurting unaware people fits both humour and cruelty, for them. Also remember to never offer them a full time job: you'll need someone to activate the mechanisms with the lever inside the room.\r\n\r\nUPGRADE TRAPS: The more there is trap, the more it's expensive to add more. No that room's mechanism get more complexe, it's just because you'll need to hire more goblins engineers if there already traps in the room. Yeah, they tends to get distracted.\r\n\r\nDOWNGRADE\/EMPTY TRAPS: Removing traps is costy because goblin engineers rarely remember where is the lever to stop the mechanisms. You'll need to hire some until one finds out.","title":"Depressive Keeper"}
