Yeah it's a really simple top-down shooter. I didn't get all the features I wanted in, nor did I finish implementing the ones that are in... xD Well that's how it goes eh? Had Fun Though. :)

Love the visuals, the darkness with only the glowing eyes of incoming enemies really adds to the atmosphere. All that's missing is some sounds. It also feels great to kill, great VFX.

Good Fun, I do get some frame stutter though which then causes the bugs to bounce around and kill you, sound would make the game pop but overall awesome presentation, solid idea and good replay ability, would love to maybe see some levelling up mechanics like Vampire Survivors be awesome, overall great

Game looks beautiful and I love the fast pace. I was able to really get into a flow state. Really fun game. Adding some crunchy sounds for those guns and the bugs would go a really long way to making this perfect

@thomas-higgins Thanks! But yeah if I'm not mistaken the stutter was actually to do with the movement not actually the FPS necessarily (which would be why it kills), could be wrong though. And yeah lack of sound is my biggest regret, but I really had no time xD. Then I would want to add proper a upgrade/gun system and bosses.

Super fun! The gameplay is very satisfying even without sound. With sound it'd probably feel even better! I enjoyed playing this, got to the point the game started freezing, at around 6 minutes or so.

It'd be nice to have a kill counter/score display that goes up when killing aliens, seeing numbers go up on the screen feels good. Also I feel like the upgrades that drop randomly are a bit too weak, I got two reload speed upgrades and still couldn't really see a big difference.

It'd be cool if the grenade landed where the mouse pointer was aimed, instead of having collision and hitting the first alien in its path. That way grenades would feel more powerful by being able to be thrown right into the center of a crowd.

All in all I really liked this, great job!

Really good game! I too would have loved to have some sound here, but I imagine to do the game justice it would have been a whole lot of extra work - I was impressed by the variety of weapons and characters and I expect you'd want a set of distinct noises for each of them to make the most of that. The graphics (particularly the glowing eyes) and the different enemy types were also great touches. All in all, it feels like there's a whole lot here to have been put together in such a short space of time, and ducking out of audio altogether strikes me as a reasonable trade-off: what it does, it does really well!

Solid design and good game feel! The only audio I really missed was audio cues for reload, which would have been helpful since there were no obvious visual cues for when a reload had finished. I like the pacing of the enemy progression, and I like that there is a variety of player and weapon types to choose from. Solid entry!

Very satisfying to play! I did get a bit motion sick from the camera tho ^^.

Really nice VFX :)! Survived for 15 mins; could've kept going but I think I was auto generating a grenade every time I got a kill, that paired with the heath of a billion dead aliens meant I was a little too OP xD. If u continue to develop it, I'd recommend reducing the drop rate or limiting the number of drops in the world. Additionally, rather than increasing the chance to gain a grenade on a kill, you could change it to a temporary power up or make it so grenade kills can't give grenades - to prevent grenade spamming. Fantastic game thou, had a blast playing it :D

Game looks super good! The graphics and lighting are awesome. The shooting feels satisfying (what I shame you did not have time to implement some sound effects). Even that there are few things missing, the games looks and feels great. Awesome job!
