I found it entertaining. Once you get a hold of the order of the colors you can definitely speed up your shooting and try to make perfect runs. Funny use of the prompt. The shooting system was not exactly the most polished thing but functioned just well. Nice art style also. It would be cool to have a faster shooting and each color change set to a key to go faster. (With this also speed up the rate at which words appear with each level at a noticeably fast rate) Only played 4 rounds, but it was entertaining and curious.

As a dog haver, I definitely found myself agreeing with girlfriend. The art is nice, and the premise is cute.

I found the stylized text was really hard to read, and sometimes it was frustrating how slow the 'bullet' traveled. Still though, it was a good game.

What a fantastic dating sim. After a few levels it becomes very difficult to shoot the words.

An extremely relatable experience. My wife is upset that the game version of her has a puppy now. The dialog segments were great, I think you probably could have left out the shooting and expanded on those parts.

Very nice for an LD entry! Could use some polishing but it's a solid foundation and a funny idea :)

I loved how fast the text ended up going, it made getting that cute dog actually inevitable. The dog talking was also an hilarious touch. The art was great too!

omg this is so cute, and very accurate lol. the art was really nice and the gameplay gave me a danganronpa vibe.

Some kinda UI that shows the order of the colours might have been nice, maybe just always have them listed in order but highlight the one you've selected? I found it hard at the start to remember which direction I had to scroll. Not a big deal though, loved the game!

I will not show your game to my girlfriend. Very nice job ! The only suggestion I have to add is to make the color of the particle you shoot match the kind of answer.

This is an extremely cute game. I love the art quite a lot, and the little animations and different character poses are a nice touch.

The little story you incorporated is also very cute.

Maybe its just me, but I didn't find the gameplay to be that intriguing. It didn't matter a ton, because as far as I can tell, the point of the game is more about the story!

I did find that the single song got pretty repetitive after only a few minutes, so I think another track, or a longer one, would go a long way.

The dog sprite is ADORABLE

Nice job!

The mechanic reminds me of Danganronpa  ! I hope the bullet can fly faster though. The story is entertaining as well I like it(The dog speaks and tells me it loves me wow so adorable) Great job.

There's something suspicious about this bot, I mean dog. I can't quiet put my finger on it though...

Cute game, very relatable for better or worse (I love the dog now, it turns out she was right all along). Things like the bullets flying faster and not losing health until the argument was fully off screen would make things feel a little more fair, but overall it's a really good looking game. Thanks for posting.

This is really charming! Cute art. This really did feel like delaying the inevitable. HUGE +1 for colorblind support - that's really awesome to see in a Compo game! Great work! :]

It turned out well, but the sound with which the message arrives does not fit the visual style, don't you think?

@yusovv Now that you mention it, it did cross my mind during development. Definitely something I'll consider more next time, thanks!

The game mechanics reminds me of Danganronpa, the art is cute and character has personality, it's an interesting take on the theme, definitely inevitable :P! I found the bullets are too slow, it's hard for me to shoot words properly. Some objections are not corresponding to girlfriend's words so the logic of word bullet could be better too. But overall very lovely game, good job!

Love the circular nature of relationship arguments being depicted realistically here hahahaha. The artwork was really nice, colour coding perfect. Sound is annoying though but I guess that captures the vibe of the discussion bahaha.

That got tough toward the end, but I made it. Very original concept.

Cute game, great job on the artwork. Took me a second to figure out how to cycle words, and I would have preferred a hotkey for each color rather than cycling, but overall it was simple and easy to pick up. I found myself wanting some more variety of gameplay after a couple rounds of the same words etc.

Cute & funny premise and story! First off I think it was great of you to add the color blind assist option – especially in a color matching game that would definitely be super key for some people. In a game jam it's pretty common to overlook or push off features like that so it was a nice touch.

As others have mentioned it took me awhile to get used to switching between the response colors and I agree that having hot keys tied to the colors would help reduce that friction while still sticking to the color matching premise. Especially since at the end the difficulty ramped up to where it felt like you only had a few seconds to switch color & shoot the bullet I think just slightly easier color switching (or a faster shot) would lead to a more enjoyable experience while still allowing room for challenging end levels.

Drawing full art pieces & backgrounds are definitely time consuming in a game jam so I think you did a great job with that! The screentone shading is a nice touch that gives it a manga feel, and I also found the paw cursor so cute. Overall the art, music, & general vibe was very nostalgic for me and took me back to times when I used to play flash games in high school so I loved that! :)

Dudeee, this was brilliant! I was smiling the whole time :D Super cute art! And the music was really good too. Great mood overall! The game idea was great too and very unique. Definitely the most charming interpretation of the theme I've seen yet.

A [latin wife](https://www.stlbrideandgroom.com/latin-brides/) is a great partner and friend. She is a great listener and is supportive of her husband in difficult situations. She will show her love and affection through her words and actions.
