This was a pretty fun game. I wish there were a way to know the distance you have traveled, though.
Keep up the good work

Edit : So I figured you can see the distance but only in full screen ! Just a little bug, it happens :)

thanks, @harksa for pointing out a bug on our Itch.io page, the distance meter was accidentally cropped out!

A classic genre with nice twists – really fun! I'll surely come back to play a little more.

It just feels a bit too random whether cars will try or not to dodge. Also, it's possible to pass between two cars, but the movement to auto align with the lane makes it harder.

This was fun!

I like how I woke up going in the wrong direction and then stubbornly continued once I was awake for 3653 more meters

Nice feel to the whole experience. The music fits perfectly and the sfx were funny. Nicely done!

As previously said. Classic game with a nice twist. I like the addition of high score leaderboards. I continued playing just so I could top them (yea I made it). This inspired me to add leaderboards to my next jam game. Great entry!

Nicely done. Nice graphics and music. Chaos was a fun risk vs reward mechanic, although it seemed like the payoff was quite small for filling up the meter.

Fun game

I wish it was easier to create chaos tho

@nicso a good way to create more chaos is to bounce off of the side of other cars, sending them and you spinning out.
Each time you fill up the chaos meter it requires more chaos next time, but also slightly increases the amount of oncoming traffic.
These are things that will be tweaked in an updated post-jam build.

Fun game, I liked that you can do stuff like getting upgrades, nudge cars, ram them etc. I think this could make the game even more interesting if expanded upon.

Made it to second place!

Good work!

Really like how smooth the controls are. Seems like far too many games focus on such a crucial aspect. Really enjoyed this and would love to see the powerup system expanded upon. I found it a bit hard to even know how to get them at first. Good game though!

This is fun! I like the music and the shouting man sound. Getting a car to swerve into another was satisfying. I don't understand how much damage my vehicle can take, though. Sometimes I'd ram into a bunch of cars just fine; other times I would blow up from a side-swipe. It seemed like ramming into cars to get items wasn't worth the damage to your own vehicle.

Kinda fun, but had a hard time figuring out how to get powerups. Felt really good to move around though.

Fun game I really liked the look of it and the music reminded me of crash bandicoot

Very interesting indeed! I really liked the controls, sounds and graphics. For me I always took 2 items, the shovel and the ramp. A horn to scare off other drivers would be a nice addition, as would a police car chasing the player, so if they stay too long on the underside they will get caught. With a few touches it would be a good mobile game! The addition of the ranking was genius, as I didn't stop until I got in (Zero). Congratulations!

Thank you so much for your feedback @ulisses, I like the car horn idea, and we considered adding police cars during the jam, but didn't have the time to implement them. They will probably debut in the post-jam release! I'm glad you enjoyed!

This game feels like the definition of waking up and choosing violence. The controls were really smooth and the audio added a nice arcade touch that really improved the game feel and mood. The visuals were also really fitting of this style, but I think adding a few more post-processing effects, or maybe some more over the top graphics and style would have made this really energetic and heart pounding. The only other issue I had was that the chaos system wasn't fully explained and took a while to figure out, but outside of that this was really fun! I had a great time playing it, nice work!
