The Dragon is on a cross-country rampage! You can run, but you cannot hide!

Survive on the road as long as you can, but once you run out of Food and Fuel - you will have to... FACE THE INEVITABLE!!!

  • Collect resources
  • Fight minor monsters and collect more resources
  • Trade resources for additional rooms to throw on the back of your car
  • Accept refugees, and they might repay you with resources and help in fights
  • Weaponise yourself and your crew by obtaining weapon blueprints and crafting weapons in Workshop

Controls: WASD to move, mouse click (and hold if you want!) to aim.

If you really want to explore the different parts of the game, a debug screen can be opened with the ` key (The ~ key under escape)

This was an interesting experience. By the time I got to the boss fight, I had completely forgotten the name of the game and was very confused as to why I was fighting a dragon hahaha. Really cool game, congrats. The only major improvement I can think of is that I found the UI a bit confusing to navigate at times. Also am I right in assuming you've used a custom engine for this? If so, double-congrats. :-]

Cool game idea! I like the graphics in it, can tell you put effort into that. I think there were a few bugs in the game, whenever I encountered a road with many items in it, it'd pick up the first one, register another item on the second one but wouldn't despawn it and then do nothing for the rest. I'm not sure if that was intended or not. Just out of curiosity, what did you develop it in? Good job btw, thanks!

Whenever your storage for resources is full you can't pick up any more, so they just remain on the ground!
The game was made in our selfmade OpenGL engine, using C#.

wow you made your own engine that's impressive. Interesting idea, reminds me of Death Road to Canada, I think it has a lot of potential if you can get more time to polish it. Good job.

Wow - interesting fightsystem! Unfortunately, there are a few bugs in your game, but this does not prevent you from enjoying the gameplay. You are cool!

You made a fun little game! In my first run I managed my resources really poorly and didn't get very far lol, Love the concept you came up with here though! All the different enemy types were fun to fight and the dragon at the end kicked my ass! Great job!

I've always wanted to make a game like this :)! It's a great concept and I think you handled it pretty well! There's plenty of content, and collecting resources felt great. Maybe it would be more interesting if there was a dragon meter, which would show how close the dragon is getting. The UI is a bit hard to navigate at times and I confused the big red button in the corner for "exit the menu" on a couple of occasions. I survived maybe two seconds in the dragon fight because I couldn't figure out which character is me. Other than that I enjoyed it quite a bit!

This was a cute little game. I couldn't figure out how to start fights when I had someone on my team, and it often took several clicks to get the truck to move on. I did enjoy the art and funny little enemy concepts.
