Also pretty hard. I'm stuck in the second level at the moment. I think I was almost at the end. :D I will try again tonight when I have more time.
Good job :)
I noticed one minor bug: I was hit by a slime after I already collapsed. I think it was mean, hitting someone already on the ground. :D
Edit:
Btw there is a rouge dark pixel on the bottom left of the player sprite.
And I just realized how good a samurai I am
only thing i didnt like was that sometimes you couldn't jump while holding "right" up against a wall.
The bad thing is that sometimes I felt like the attack controls are not responsive enough. I think that the attack system needs to be a little bit more instant, it could be an animation tweak, removing some frames of the slash effect.
Also, I found a minor bug that kills you even when you just took the "health bottle" and the health bar went full.
One more thing, something is going a bit wrong with the parallax effect on the backgrounds but I'm not sure what :P
Overall, I would love to play more of this game. I like how it forces you to fight in order to keep yourself alive. Great work to all of you, keep it going!
The platforming was also solid but nothing special.
Very well done!
"Narcolepsy is a chronic sleep disorder characterized by overwhelming daytime drowsiness and sudden attacks of sleep."
I hope this makes more sense now and to anyone that wasn't aware of what narcolepsy is.
Thanks for the game!
