I would prefer typing with both hands but I get why we did the left hand only so that there could be mouse interaction (no pun intended).
It's an interesting twist to use mouse in a typing game it definitely felt like putting you of of a comfort zone in a good way.
The graphics and sounds were nice. Cute cats. Especially the one in the main menu
Good job everyone!
Menu:
I love the easter egg, which is hidden in the menu!
The relaxing music really fits the sleeping cat athmosphere
We have visual feedback on the buttons, which is good! Also all buttons have an OnClick sound <3
We can adjust the volume of the audio, which is also a huge plus!
The game itself also started on a good volume. My ears thank you here!
The custom mouse pointer also adds nicely to the athmosphere
The tutorial explains everything needed in an easy to understand way.
Having the ingame menu is a nice addition, that way it is also possible to pause & restart the game, if your hands are failing you :D
Art:
Everything is matching and adding to the athmosphere.
The mice with the gun and also the tanks seem to miss any kind of attack animation. BUT having these animations mice fire projectiles could also harm the athmosphere here. Maybe some little recoil animation or just a change of the color of the sprite would have been sufficient here.
The sleeping cat is amazing :)
Music & Sounds:
The music of the menu greatly matched the athmosphere of the peacefully sleeping cat!
The music in the game playfully matched the not that sleepy situation in the garden and inside the house.
Fun:
Yes! The game forces you to multitask pretty hardly here, which is nice.
It starts easy in the house, but gets harder and even overwhelming at some point in time. <-Thats good!
Having to concentrate on like 4 things at once and 100 mice invading the sleeping cat really keeps my brain active.
I could also imagine letting kids play the game and learn typing :D
Also the game is not unfair, as you need to use your right hand for the mouse you only have your left hand to type in the letters, but that is okay as most of the letters are easily reachable using that hand.
Innovation:
We have a typing game with multitasking activities. I guess thats something i have not seen before.
Humor:
Guess i laughed my ass off, caused by the menu easter egg :P
Mood:
As stated in previous categories, the game creates a matching athmosphere. And i had fun playing it.
1251! Really nice game. I found the gameplay really engaging but kind of spikey. After a certain point my brain just kind of shut off and I typed all the letters. The art and music were very very nice, overall a really nice experience!
Thanks for the game
Great game though, I love how the typing is only for one hand (we should have done that as well in [LD37](https://jellenauta.com/games/LudumDarePostCompo/LD37/)). Graphics are super cute.

@dining-philosopher WOAH this is the best highscore i ever seen so far, thank you for trying our game ^^
1. Started off typing with 2 hands, expecting a normal typing game
2. While clicking and dragging items around, I realized everything was on the left side of the keyboard so I switched to KB+M
3. At some point I hit the wrong key and I see that you can type things out of order. I've also never seen this in a typing game and it set the stage for the next realization which was...
4. I started mashing more and more. Sometimes I would do some smart mashing with just 1h so that I could drag stuff around. Sometimes I did 2h. Sometimes I would take 4 fingers and just roll them down my keyboard.
I did end up quitting around 5k stage because I figured there was really no end to this strategy (though I didn't see @dining-philosopher 's score before I quit.
Definitely a very unique typing game variant with a lot of potential. Nice work!
- maybe using a smaller portion of left hand keyboard keys might help
- also not everybody uses qwerty so it might not be playable globally
but the idea and execution is very nice. very well made polished game thanks for sharing maybe collecting resources by right hand sides keyboard might make it more accessible
overall had fun playing thanks again for sharing your game !
Thank you for sharing your game on my Twitch stream (MsMiaChar). Here's a link to the video (game starts around 03:09:00): https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1446760516
1698 score heck ya!

I felt there was some strange elegance to how the game looked and felt overall.
Good job!
I'm just terrible at typing games.
Btw, I ended up getting a score of 1654! Quite happy :D
very interesting hybrid gameplay of typing and click and drag. definitely got overwhelming over time, and i button mashed to no avail.
instead of gathering resources to build up time, i think it would have been cool if it built up the bomb meter, and when you filled it up you could clear screen, instead of right clicking to stun, which feels kind of arbitrary.
