The year is 2143. The scours of a full-scale nuclear war has left the wilderness either decaying, mutated, or both. On the bleak cliffsides of a French meatpacking facility, a mastermind necromancer establishes a questionable workshop.

The local questing guild does not approve.


NecroMD is a short arcade game built for Ludum Dare 50: "Delay the Inevitable."

The initial version of the game was built in 72 hours with a team of 6 people. Early production was focused on finding a clean design and sturdy implementation that effectively captured a sense of tension and controlled panic.

Fun idea, but maybe it's a bit too easy because I could play endlessly if I wanted to :)

Great pixelart and music.
The pickup sound is a bit repetitive tho...

Very nice visuals and concept with music that sets the tone well. Good use of theme. Would have appreciated a score/progress indicator.
