Sweet Bedtime O' Mine by K4M1
Introduction
You are a regular employee who doesn't always get enough sleep. All the overwhelming work has made you so exhausted.
Now it's morning and you are in your dreams. Try to break all your clocks or annoying trumpet/electric drill to get a nice sleep. In other words, delay the inevitable get-up!

How to play
Press WASD to move, and press J or K to attack. If you need to restart, just press R. Press Q to quit the game.
Monsters
Clock

The most common monster. It moves its tiny body towards you and shoots at you.
Digital Clock
They're timid and run away from you. You need to attack them in a specific order to destroy them.
Electric Drill

Yep, It's the thing that your annoying neighbor uses every time you tryna sleep. It rushes everywhere and you need to dodge them quickly.
Pendulum

It sure looks dumb, but watch out for its bomb!
Trumpet

Its sound wave is destructive, so beat it before it gets you.

- fix UI and resolution
- remove debug data on boss
- fix the boss attack
- adjust some monsters' data
The alarm clocks might have been bugged, or maybe I was just too impatient, as they took certain amount of damage and then just laid there. After waiting some time, I ran into them and lost. If it was some delay mechanic, it could use a clearer indicator?
The visuals and audio were cool, apart from as I'm writing this comment and I'm hearing the gameover sound looping in the back indefinitely.
Oh, and one more idea, if your game is played entirely using the keyboard, then it'd be great if the menus worked using keyboard only as well, that way you wouldn't need to take one of your hands off to navigate.
I think it would be a bit better as a twin stick shooter, because using arrow keys both for moving and aiming is quite hard to do.
Oh and you might try to reduce a bit the chromatic aberration, it is a bit too strong, the health bar is barely readable currently.
The gameplay needed a little polish, although the core concept was definitely there. I was getting hit by (what I think was) enemy projectiles from the previous room whose hitboxes hadn't despawned, and I'm not sure exactly what was going on with the final boss, but it hit me when I wasn't touching it and then only managed to get off one attack before it got caught in a loop by my projectile attack and died...
The concept was great, and the enemies all fit in with it really well. It definitely reminded me of one of those dreams where the sound of your alarm gets incorporated into the dream rather than waking you up, and you're running around trying to turn the alarm off in the dream!
I had fun--good work!
+ I really liked the use of the pixel art as your style for the game
+ The sounds and music were a nice fit for the game
- Maybe have the text not be 3D-glasses-colored. I couldn't read what were the controls or the attacks and it really hurt my eyes.
- Maybe add in more sounds for the enemies besides their attacks.
- Only enemy I thought that stuck out was the drill so maybe find another enemy that interrupts sleep during the nighttime.
- I broke the first room with the alarm clocks. I ended up walking to the left and then popping out of the navigable area and was soft-locked. Maybe add somewhere how to restart too in the game cause I had to back out of the game to look at controls. Something to keep in mind. I broke the boss somehow too and it stopped attacking me. I am running Win 7, and played using Chrome.

Cats are awesome and I hope it gets all the well deserved sleep!
If you have time, please came play our game to!
Despite the gameplay issues, I had a lot of fun causing the cat to be late for work. Nice entry.
Fun use of the theme, I like the mello vibes of the music. Postprocessing is also very cool
It seems like the levels are procedurally generated (at least they are different each time I played) Cool!
I had a few issues:
* first time I played the knockback stuck me in the wall and I had to reset
* The digital alarm clocks were a bit confusing, seems like you have to disable all of them that are in the same room at the same time. (Not sure how that could be made more clear)
