The presentation was perfect for this theme, but was a tad hard to play (energy kept falling and didn't recharge enough in bed compared to the fire and soup).
I think the text of the dicerolls isn't correct though. When it asked for '4 or higher' and I rolled a 4 when going gathering, I only lost energy and didn't get any food/wood.
Also I'm not sure that cooking raises my hunger, or am I doing something wrong?. (Web version)
Nice entry though, it fits well to the theme :)
A made a couple of runs, but wasn't able to restore the hunger (?.. the bottom scale).
Great animations and graphics. But whenever the cold bar is down the screen immediately shows it and the sound starts. I understand that you tried to add a stress factor to the game. But it's a bit annoying. Because I lit the fire a second ago but it didn't do much, and hunger doesn't affect the game much. Overall it is a good game and a great job. Like the concept behind it. :v:
It felt like sleeping takes effect over time, while every other action was immediate. Coupled with a timer, this made for the impression that you were wasting your energy by doing anything, and you were "better off" just waiting. But I guess this feeling fits the survival theme too, so oh well.
