Nice little platformer with a bit of narration and context.

Wow, this is absolutely awesome!!! I'm in love with the triple / quadruple mechanics that the black hole presents, extremely well done. Additionally, the level design is lovingly presenting ideas before challenging you with them. 5/5 and I would encourage you to work more on it at least in some way! Especially with some audio. Really good job!

I had quite some fun playing the game and enjoyed figuring out how to get through the level. Nice game!

I fell through the ground once, right after the first checkpoint, but a reset to the checkpoint helped, so this wasn't an issue. Resetting to the checkpoints seems to reset the black hole progress. Also not an issue, but i'm not sure if this was intended.

It took me 9 minutes and a couple of retries to get back up (:

A nice game! Cool & unusual physics-based mechanics, nice art. I personally have found jumping on those rope-attached blocks extremely challenging, but maybe I just need more practice. Jumping itself felt just a bit unresponsive, as if there was a small delay between pressing the key and performing the jump. It would be nice if you didn't have to press [E] altogether - you could activate checkpoints simply by walking through them, and pick up flowers the same way.

Very well done! Cool gameplay idea with enough room to learn and practice it. Really nice visuals and animation.

I stumbled upon a bug that didn't let me finish the game so I had to restart it (that last box on a rope got stuck). That didn't really affect my experience though, I really enjoyed your game and made it to the end!

I was recording my playthrough of your game so here’s a link in case you’d like to see it

Neat idea. There's a lot of potential here for other things you could do with this mechanic.

There were a few things that seemed like design missteps to me:
- requiring an input to activate checkpoints is a bit of a non-decision. There's no reason not to activate them so why not do it automatically?
- the black hole eventually killing you didn't really have any impact on the gameplay. Death is easily recovered from and things you've moved don't get reset upon dying, so you can use the black hole freely and simply respawn if the bar fills up.
- the flowers seemed a bit useless for the same reason: you can simply die and restart from the last checkpoint rather than bothering with the flowers.

It might have been nice to have seen the black hole system used in some more interesting ways, but the game is nice and concise as it stands.

Very nice entry! Shout-out to the black hole mechanic, it really makes the game unique!
It's quite a challenging game, I failed to pass the first suspended blocks.
Graphics looks cool as well, especially the little particles that get absorbed by the black hole power.
I wish the inputs were a bit more friendly (pressing shift to use the black hole didn't feel natural).

good submission. There are a lot of good ideas, although I didn't feel like there was an inevitability, just a recourse I had to balance. Otherwise great work

Neat idea. My suggestion would be, when restarting that the blocks on the ropes reset as well. Otherwise they swing all the time when you miss it the first time.
Another consideration would be, when you are on a moving box on the rope, that character moves with it and isn't stuck in place.

Cool idea, I enjoyed the game. Got stuck and had to restart from the very beginning a few times due to the blocks not resetting when restarting from the checkpoint. I enjoyed the mechanics though and it was cool to see how the physics were integrated into that.

I beat it. (and walked away for a bit to do something. lol)

I like these kinds of physics puzzles. That part where you have to jump off of the swinging brick was really cool. Although there were a couple things that seemed a bit odd. The flowers seemed a bit unnecessary since you could just restart from the last checkpoint. The positioning required to interact with things was also a bit funky. Normally you could stand on the object and interact instead of just being next to it.

Nice work. I wish it were longer.

I really like the black hole mechanic and it is well implemented as all the puzzles are doable. However at the end you only have to use the technique in a few places.

Finished the game in 5min 41 sec.

Cool mechanic, and you've used it together with the level design to create something neat! The jump where you had to swing the block to jump up to the last checkpoint was really cool, but I think tighter controls would take it to the next level. Good job!

Nice platformer and cool game mechanic. I suggest restarting the position of boxes every time the player dies, since you can get yourself stuck. Besides that, cool game.

Very cool mechanic and a lot of room for potential here - I really hope you keep working on this, I would've loved to have played through more levels. The jump before the last checkpoint was really tough for me though - would be nice to see the difficulty slowly ramped up over a lot of levels and puzzles. Again, very cool idea
