After some time I found myself spamming a the first option because the time it took for me to read the options was about as long as the cool down. It also felt like my health went from 100 to 0 instantly.
I think this game could be turned into something really cool if you decide to do something with it down the road!
The sound effects are nice, and I'm a big fan of the artwork! The background is especially impressive. The lighting must've taken a long time! Great work all around!
Love the art style and sounds, you did a good job in that regards.
Nice game, I like the graphics and humour. The music kept in the background and fit the mood nicely without becoming annoying.
Gameplay-wise I think it would have been helpful to use icons instead of words since the game becomes frantic very fast and it takes too long to parse the actual text in a short amount of time. In the end I ended up randomly clicking any attack and hoping for the best.
I the same vein, it would be nice to have target indicators when hovering over the different attacks. Since this is a reaction game it is sometimes necessary to make a split second decision where to attack and having to remember where an attack would go in addition to what it does in that short amount of time was a little stressful.
Anyway, I enjoyed my run, good job!

We tried our best but so many things keep out of the game that could made it way more interesting, maybe we can finish it later :).
I hope u all enjoyed the game as much as we did making it and have a good Ludum Dare 50th!
One thing I'd say is I wish the attacks/abilities had some kind of description on what they'd do. I really found out once I clicked on it to give it a try.
The gameplay didn't allow me to analyze the available skills so I used them half randomly. I think the cooldowns were too long, would be more fun to spam more spells!
I didn't quite understand what launches the intermission scene. First I thought it was game over, but then the game kept going. Others have also raised good points for improvements.
Lots of good stuff here, hope you do more with the game!
