Prison Arena by taran95
You are a prisoner in some medieval European empire. You have been sentenced to death. So you are sent to an arena to fight. In each round, you will have to fight against some other prisoner. If you kill the opponent, you will have to fight another prisoner(your health won't regenerate). If you die, it's over. Your death is inevitable. Can you delay the inevitable?
Use A to move left and D to move Right Use Escape to pause Use Space to attack Use M to use shield Use Control or shift to switch weapons
(tested in jdk 17.0.1)

@fluortungue haha thanks
@phoenixofforce they were close by in my keyboard. I will consider using mouse controls next time
Anyway, this is a great concept (although it's bleak as hell when you think about it). I had fun playing it. The sounds were cool and the art style, although basic, has its charms.

@weewsa you need java 17.
Haha, that resumes my experience :)
On a more serious note, a gladiator can only delay their death with every win. Interesting take on the theme! I feel like this game has potential if you polish it and invest more in it. Cheers!
