Wow. That's the best game I've seen till now in LD50. It's just astonishing. I wish you have desire and energy to scale this game and release it in steam, it will be a top-notch indie game!

I loved it!
The concept is really original! It's like The Binding of Isaac meets FEZ, but with a twist!
This could be expanded with items or buffs and it would be very fun to play.
The only negative thing in my experience is that it was too easy to get lost and keep visiting cleared rooms, but a simple map would fix it.
Really awesome. I would really enjoy buying and playing a full version of this game.

Very awesome game, only issue I can think of is that sometimes its a little hard to aim at enemies (maybe use mouse aim?), but other than that it's a super slick polished fun game. The health could tick down a little faster to make it more challenging as well.

Love a lot of the ideas here. Traversal was interesting due to aesthetic polish, and the game loop is fun. Great showcase of this "2D/3D cube" technology, really impressive given the engine. Overall, one of the games I spent a good amount of time playing, great job!

I downloaded the Mac app, and I had trouble running it, then I downloaded the app meant for the Linux version and it worked!

The graphics, especially with the added 3D twist that the cube *is* the dungeon, is amazing. I wish there were more rooms to visit, or at least, when all the enemies are gone, a victory screen could be called. One of the biggest highlights I can name also is the catchy chiptune music, especially when it's in sync to the clock-score counting down. I felt myself tapping in sync to it.

**ETA:** I wish that tune could be posted on YouTube so that I could listen to it a bit more.

One drawback is that I got a bit confused at first on the control scheme (WASD to move, and arrows to shoot), but I adjusted quickly to it.

Anyway, this game's one of the better ones I've played so far!

Oh wow this is so creative. It's such a subtle detail, but I love how the cube rotates as you walk around a room. It looks incredibly polished for a weekend long jam. The artwork is stellar, and the music is a bop! I think it's a bit easy to get lost, and there were some times when I was just aimlessly wandering in rooms I've already cleared while looking for the boss. I don't know how you could implement a map for this game, but I think it needs one. Mostly just to record rooms you've been to already, not necessarily to lead you directly to the boss. Anyway, this is a super cool game and I'm gonna be showing it to my friends. Great work!

Gameplay-wise, that is probably my favorite game of the jam so far. The shooting mechanic is fun, the encounters are well designed, and walking around a 2D/3D environment is still as fun as it was when I first played FEZ. And did I mention that the music was a banger?

Strenghts:
- Shooting things! In neatly designed levels!
- Great-looking and sounding game
- Good balance: the game can get tense, but is pretty fair overall

Possible improvements:
- Some rooms are way easier than the others, and having players start with a hard room might give them the wrong impression; skewing the odds in favor of easy rooms at the beginning of the game might make for a smoother start (unless you already did so and I am just terrible).

Great entry!

Very nicely done! The main menu reminds me a whole lot of the GameCube menu in add the best ways (with rotating to different sides of the cube for different menus). The graphics are very elegant and polished, with the camera tilting based on player position being a very nice touch. The audio while not being as refined and strong, is still good and aids in setting up the mood the game is going for. The gameplay is a typical top-down shooter, with one little "twist"-whenever the player reaches the edge of a cube side, the cube twists to show the next area. While this was neat originally, the first time the concept showed true potential to me was during the first boss fight where I could use the sides of the cube to teleport to different edges of the boss screen.

The gameplay was very polished, overall! I was very impressed with this game. I could see a more refined and extended version coming out as a full game. Congrats!

The idea of a game based on a cube it's so different and it's so cool o.o
I was really glad to find your game on a Stream and it looks really cool the graphics, the audio, and the gameplay :D

It's a huge different game, but it's great!

This is fun but I'm getting confused whether I'm doubling back on myself or if there's some particular direction I should be progressing.

Let me just say-- Wow! Super cool idea, with great visuals and sound to back it up! Gameplay loop giving me Super Crate Box vibes but with a three-dimensional twist on rendering that makes it all the more interesting. Really good job, I had great fun! <3
