I actually wanted to go with an idea like this but not with this control scheme and not this great game loop! Cool game!

Hello. i like sticks and your main character is a stick figure, thats cute! :bug: intertesting controls and your voice is at the same time haunting and arousing :carrot:

So simple and incredibly funny! WHO WOULD THROW A ROCK AT SOMEONE BALANCING A STICK?! This game is so addicting, great work!

Nice game, best I could get was "Good at Math". Only critique was the stick didn't seem to respond how I'd expect, seemed to have too much inertia keeping it moving the same direction regardless of hand position.

Hey, nice job! I was struck by the elegance of the theme interpretation. Please consider adding an ability to throw it up and not always be sticking with one end to the hand. Like if the hands acceleration in up/down direction exceeds a threshold it breaks a join and the stick goes flying. I was really trying to do it while playing!

Simple, but fun and on theme. I liked the rankings for how well you did, gave motivation to keep trying again

Just the kind of quirky fun I'd have expected from a miziziziz game. Love how it's so effective in its seeming simplicity.

It's simple, but so well done. The mechanical parts are implemented so well that just by picking it up it feels natural to control as if you would try to balance a stick in real life. And additional details like wind and stones make into a very cool tiny game.

Good job!

Looks like you lost the game, maybe you should try again. - No, I don't think I would.

I tried for a solid 10 minutes. I keep telling myself "Last one" but I keep trying.
At 35/36 seconds, there is this combination of wind + stone. That is so brutal

Good job on making me enjoy the game but also hate it at the same time !

This is so good, succinct and powerful, it does a great job of running with a vibe. You didn't need to add the score titles but it adds so much to the game. Thank you!

Enjoyed the short music loop. Raged hard at my inability to balance a simple stick.

Overall, this is quite an enjoyable short experience. I was able to experience it from mobile and it worked just fine. Well done!

Interesting concept!

I did notice that the stick sometimes didn't react to movement the way I expected, as if it had a tendency to recenter itself naturally.

Simple and challenging, but keeps the player wanting to achieve better scores.

Good job!

Great simple game that felt good to play. Its not easy getting this type of game to feel right but I think you did a really good job. Good sense of progression too with the added challenges that come in over time. Reminds me of an extended Wario Ware minigame. Excellent entry!

Nice concept but I felt like the control was a little finicky. If I happened to let it bend to far there was no way to get it back, not even by very sudden movements. Cool sfx & music and nice minimalistic presentation.

Absurdly great take on the theme, with a simple but addicitve gameplay loop and an endearing visual/audio package.

Strenghts:
- Easy to learn, devilishly hard to master
- Graphics are minal, must nothing else is needed
- The rank system is fun and I was pleasantly surprised by additions such as the breeze.

Possible improvements:
- The physics seem to work in a way that not moving at all in sometimes preferable to attempting a recovery.

Great job!

I like the idea behind this, but I think the execution is lacking. The game lives or dies on how it feels to balance the stick, because that's all it is, but unfortunately the stick physics just doesn't feel realistic at all. It feels very laggy, if you quickly move your hand in one direction, you'd expect an immediate response from the stick but it will still continue tilting in the same direction for some time.

Ultimately this makes it unsatisfying to play.

The music and sfx are a great touch and add that signature Miziziziz flair.

Also I think you should embrace the spirit of Ludum Dare and review some other games, even though your fame encourages people to review your game outside of the karma system.

Simple, but very efficient! The physic of the stick may seem strange at time, but it's comprehensible enough to be manageable. The minimalist visuals and music helps greatly to make the game nice to play again and again. Very neat entry!

Very neat idea. That stick will indeed inevitably fall. The soft spoken game loss dialogue is awesome.

- The physics behind the stick are a little weird. It's almost as if gravity or its center of gravity has no bearing on where the stick goes.
- Maybe add in a variance in the music

All in all very complete game.
