I had trouble finding an idea for the Jam, so I kept it simple. I didn't manage to do exactly what I wanted, but this jam allowed me to test new software, whether for the creation of assets or even sound.

The goal is simple to make your penguin family survive by collecting fish in certain areas, be careful of other penguins who are not part of your family and will try to kill you...

The graphics are so cute!

The gameplay itself is not too exciting as it is right now but it has potential if more elements are added (building stuff? weapons, harder fishing options).

I feel like adding some more challenging fishing mechanics would benefit the game greatly. Animations would also go a long way to increase the visual appeal of the game.

Other than that, it's a cute little game.

Like a lot of other people, I like the penguin art :D

The game was a little bit bland, but that makes sense if you're trying out new software.
Also, the ending is really depressing Lol.

Like all the other comments, I really like the penguins :)

The game has a lot of potential with a little bit more polish and gameplay mechanics. I'm really glad this jam helped you to test new software and try new things :)

Love penguins so this was a fun one for me. I liked the gameplay loop of squeezing myself through the fleet of penguins to snag some fish. Props for completing a compo game with new software!

Really nice art style. The is potential in the game, but there isn't much to do now. After few runs for fish games starts to be repetitive. Anyway, good job!
