Very fun!

I don't know what you'd call it, but the game had a very quick 'time to grab my attention'. Immediately I was engaged.

You're trying to teach me how to type lol! Seriously I like it, very good creation. Visually great!

Wow, it is very polished. The idea is great but I am terrible at multitasking so, selecting rocket, typing code, aiming and at the same time making decision which meteor to hit was a bit too much for me. But still - the execution is great. I love pixel art and I think yours looks just beautiful. Game has very nice mood, it is very atmospheric.

On the down side - I feel the music is a little bit intense, I would prefer it to be a little bit more quite or less invasive :).

Great job! Love it!

It really is innovative! The game mechanic of putting the launch codes in ties in really well with the theme and premise. Its not something you would expect in such a game, cause it might be quite distracting. But here it wasn't. The Codes were chosen carefully to make it not as annoying having to type in the code every time. Good job!

I really enjoyed the game. Interesting mix of mechanics, great music and sfx, great retro graphics ... My only suggestion would be to make asteroid field less dense (with asteroids ofc) and have actual words to type for each rocket and the word for the rocket changes once you type it successfully. That way typing would be more of a challenge, because right now it feels a bit gimmicky. Overall great entry, good job!

A very fun and fast paced game. The percentage display at the end was quite tragic. great visuals. overall a very good game.

Wanted to say that game is cool, but it won't tell that I can't anything bad about that game! Music, visuals, gameplay. Liked this title, pretty solid!

My best so far is 4900 humans saved. I think that typing the codes is a really fun element. It's error prone if you are rushing too much, but it feels great when you get the hang of one of them and launch something without really thinking about the code, especially a salvo of last second short ranged missiles. Great job!

Typing on the keyboard worked very well as a complication for launching rockets. Good job!

Very funny, I found the meteor physics very well done, it was quite difficult for me to shoot, select rockets, write code, aim and at the same time decide which meteor to hit was too difficult for me. I love pixel art and the palette they chose, it makes for a great atmosphere. I feel that the music is a bit intense, I understand that it accompanies the gameplay but maybe something that varies between intense and calm would be less invasive. I liked that it resembled the idea of our game too (great theme :D) Great job!

At first I thought I had 4 type of rockets so I regretfully send a lot of humans straight to meteors. hoops :)

But when I finally understood that it was not only shooting meteor but also send safely escape pods, that was a more interesting. Finding the right timing and direction for escape pods is tough.

Using code to activate rockets is interesting but I think the game would have been as interesting but less frustrating without it.

Overall very well done.

This is really well done. The mood was especially good, the graphics and audio made a really tense atmosphere. Gameplay wise I never really felt the larger missiles were worthwhile but the gameplay loop was fun. Congrats

Super retro feel here and lots of mood with palette choice, very nice pixel art and soundtrack. Definite sense of urgency so on theme. Well done.

I saw "Escape Velocity" and wondered if it had a connection to the classic Ambrosia games, so of course I had to try it. I am glad I did! The music is **out of this world** and the visuals are **stellar**. I really enjoyed it

I didn't save a lot of humans, but I had fun! The game has cool aesthetics. And the launch codes were pleasant. Well put together entry.
