Inspiration

TBWSD (this button will self-destruct) is inspired by This Website Will Self-destruct (dot) com as well as 'The Button' from Hermitcraft Season 7 which in turn was based on the 2015 Reddits April fools' event r/thebutton (that I did not know of until after starting the website)

General concept

Every second the button ticks down and it has a total livespan of 86400 ticks. (So a full day)
Each click adds a single tick to the button (unless the bar is full, then it will just do nothing).
If you click the button while it is in a color your account will receive that color.
If the bar hits 0, the site will immediately terminate all connections and allow no further access

Accounts

I decided to have accounts be managed via Discord OAuth. Your username from discord will be used for the chat and the leaderboards (everything you do until you login will be lost if you leave the site - including to log in).
Nothing besides your userid, username and interactions on the site are stored.
