screenshot_ld50.PNG Every day it's getting harder and harder to survive in the taxi industry and today is not a good working day for Osvaldo. Help him to get more profit delaying the trips as long as possible without the passengers getting angry.

I'm blown away by the intro animation. Well done! Took me a hot minute to figure out how to tell where I was supposed to drop clients off and I guess I didn't understand how the game connected to the theme or what made the taxi shady but it looks really nice and was fun to play. Well done!

The intro animation is really nicely made, as @daniel-foutz said it also took me a bit to figure out where to drop people off, initially I thought I just had to keep driving making sure they can't get out or something haha.

great intro and graphics style, i guess could had been nice if car wouldn't hit/stuck in the buildings so easily, although maybe too easy then.

Awesome intro animation and the idea's amazing, but maybe make the car movement less finicky.

Simple game loop that's a creative spin on the theme.
It did take a few passengers before I realised where I was meant to be taking them, but after I figured it out the rest of the game mechanics were really intuitive.
Unexpectedly detailed intro animation, super impressive. Fit the rest of your game in terms of theme and style as well. Overall, really nice job.

The intro animation to this was amazing, I loved the little fly.
The music was a happy bop.
Overall, this is a lovely little game jam entry - thank you. :D

The intro animation was really amazing.

As the others said : i had also problems first to understand where to drop the people and then i was not sure if they are dropped. Also the controls was a bit clonky and the collision hangs often.
The idea for this game was defenitely good and it matches in my eyes also the theme :)

Nice intro! At first I got lost because I didn't realize that the destination was over their heads, other than that nice work!

A top-down Crazy Taxi was exactly what the world needed.

Great intro sequence. Could have done with a little more of a tutorial (just a quick "match the place the passenger is thinking of to a place on the map" or something) and a reminder of where I was going by the passenger icon during the journey (apologies if that's already on-screen somewhere and I just missed it.)

Nice and chill, too. Music and art style fit well together.

Good work!

I like the intro, and the game is pretty fun overall. However, I agree with others that the destination should be more obvious - it's unclear at first where the passengers need to be dropped off.

Pretty basic and it just works. Dunno about theme.

Excellent intro! :money_mouth: Very pleasing visuals with gentle animations. Osvaldo seems like a decent guy... Fun to play, uplifting, so well done.

The idea of an animated intro sounds really cool but with the web version it seemed to be too laggy to appreciate. The gameplay is simple once you get the hang of it and it keeps my attention which is very important in a game, so great job!

I really enjoyed the intro, without it the games mood would have been quite different. gg.
