It's simple but quite addictive :thumbsup: The character animation is very nice. (As say @jk5000) with more levels and more mechanics it could be a great casual game.

Hey that's pretty good. Deceptively simple at first. I thought "I'll get to 20, no problem", yeah about that. I couldn't get past 18. Not sure I could say much to improve it, maybe not take as long to get to the difficult speed/bounces? Perhaps some other levels would be good. Nicely done

Really cool idea and well executed. I managed 23! You can just line up the shot so it just goes backwards and forwards a lot of the time though.

Really, Really fun game! I got upto 26! Highly polished and clean! I love your control tutorial where you have to press WASD to start the game! that was super cool! Also the ball sound effect was really satisfying especially on the corner hits! The enemy seems to work really well and track your position nicely! Really goes well with the theme of delaying the inevitable ball in the hole situation!

I had a blast playing the game! Keep up the great work!

This is really fun! You did a great job in visuals and audio but also especially in balancing the game. The speed of the flag and the way the player shots the ball seem to work perfectly. Also you really hit the perfect difficulty curve for me. Would have wished to see more layouts, but I think one exceptionally balanced course is better than multiple mediocre courses :slight_smile:

22 was my high score. Amazed at the amount of polish the game has. The only thing missing is music, and I'm not sure that would have increased my enjoyment of the game by all that much.

Super fun concept. would love to see some extra maps but either way it works well. Good job!

This is such a lovely game! I think it perfectly captures "delay the inevitable" for me. It's clean, simple, and very elegant.
The WASD tutorial was satisfying, the difficulty was spot on, and I spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to beat your score of 20, haha.

Simple and well executed perfect for a jam! I enjoyed the animations you added in!

This is brilliant. The animation is excellent, the game feel is very polished. The ball moves in an angular and unrealistic way, but it makes the evasion feel more exciting. I couldn't make it much farther than 11 in my runs, my strategy relied on using the corners on the right side of the screen to draw the initial strike away from me and then panic as the ball careens around. Really well done.

One of the most original and fun games I've played in this Jam! The truth is that the game is simple but it is so original and so much fun that it deserves to be among the best! It reminds me of when I played the Atari 2600, which were very simple games but straight to the point, just fun, nothing more. Spectacular game!

This was so funny omg. So addicting as well! This is a perfect example of really well planned scope and great execution. Very simple but with a great core mechanic and very good polish. The golfer is so well animated! A solid 5/5 entry. Well done!
