Fantastic atmosphere, the ambient heart beat really sets the tone. Nice use of the theme too.
Shotgun is incredibly satisfying to use.

Wow!

Good graphics :paintbrush:
I really like the way you get extra points for close calls. :boom:
I don't really understand why it sais "Ammo: 0" and I can still shoot though.

Here's my high score:

Woowwwww such a great game. Glad I'm following you on itch, that's how I got to see it
The mood is so great, and to describe how fun I think it is, let's just say I just played for 30 minutes
A nice concept and a good scoping, with very targeted features that make it fun and polished (the two types of zombies, the fact that you're never out of normal bullets, the +10 close call bonus, the screen shakes with big bullets).
Thanks a lot for this!

I had a lot of fun, my score was 2150. Don't know if that's good but I tried my best :)

The only thing I could say about it is that I sometimes lost sight of my crosshair, but that may be my fault as I'm not used to playing these kinds of games...

Pretty fun to play! Got confused with the 0 ammo in the beginning but then I figured it out with the right click :D

My score was 2550 🙂. I think the bonus from "closs call" was a really good idea keeps the early game interesting which I think is something most other games do badly in this genre. One nit pick is that the hit box for losing isn't obvious but overall a fun game 🙂 good job.

"burst shot" feels so good. I thought the game was well balanced. Good job!

Cool entry! I like how the player just had to stand there and shoot. I got 2030 score. Was pretty awesome how it started off slow and I was able to build up ammo and then when it got faster I was able to do burst mode. The only thing I wish is that it switched to single fire mode when you ran out of ammo. Good, fun, game.

Fun little game! some more types and maybe features would surely be fun, but are at some point outside of the scope of a jam ofc.

Nice game. Gameplay is fun. Audio reminds me of moria's mine. Maybe use a square resolution to have the same reaction time for every side. (why is the character taking a nap in a zombie field ??)

Great entry :)

Definitely one of those games that taps into that "just one more go" part of the brain. The graphics were simple, but consistent, and fit tonally with the audio and arcady gameplay really well. It'd have been nice to have had a bit more variety in enemy types and behaviours, but I get that it's a jam game and time is limited.

I'm not sure why the burst fire wasn't just bound to the RMB, rather than you having to cycle through fire modes but, if that's my only complaint, then you're definitely doing something right!

Good work!
