You're trapped in a facility with an experiment gone wrong! A huge bomb keeps creating fuses out of thin air, and there's no end to them! Try to delay the bomb from exploding for as long as you can.

It was fun running around dodging fireballs and dragging fuses around. It gets really chaotic though, but it reminds me that I am delaying the inevitable. Nice work!

I really liked how you pulled the fuses. Nice game.

You hit the nail on the head for the theme! I seemed to have a little bit of trouble getting the fuses to shred on the Web build. Definitely heightened the anxiety, and the balance of fuse/fire/impending doom was great! Well done!

Wow, I mean at first it didn't look like, but that escalated quickly! Perfect take on the theme I'd say, it is actually hard to last some time (my best is like 1:10 or something lol).

Just one thing I'm not sure about, it looks like the shredder stopped working after a while in the web build so I wanted to ask whether that's something intentional or not.

@notinatal @teenythanos Thanks for pointing out the shredder issues. The shredder is supposed to turn on and off periodically, so if it's stopping completely and never turning back on, that's definitely a bug.

This certainly escalates quickly.

The rope physics are a bit frustrating, I suppose it matters where you grab the fuse but given the move speed of the character, I found I had a lot less agency than I'd hoped over things. Especially before the shredder pops up.

Overall lots of stuff to do and mechanics at play. Nice work!

You got the theme bang on in the mechanics, and the sound excellently compliments the feel of the game!

This was good, I liked it. Found it a little bit tricky moving the rope around, was a bit like moving through treacle, but overall it was a good balance of difficulty and I had fun playing.

Great game! I was pretty confused at first, from just reading the description and instructions, but once I started playing it all started making sense quickly. I didn't realize the shredder turned on and off at first, which had me pretty confused - might want to do something to make that more clear.

Two things that should be easy to address but have a big positive effect:
-The collision for the shredder extends notably far below the sprite, which makes an already tight area really hard and unintuitive to navigate.
-The length of time the shredder is off for felt too long to me. The game, in keeping with the theme, does a good job of building tension and making the player panic (in a good way) as they get closer to an inevitable end, but I think this was one area where it's tuned a little too harshly.

I really enjoyed it on a second and third playing, once I knew all the mechanics and quirks. It was fun and felt intense to play towards the end! Great job!

I had some trouble maneuvering around the platforms, but I thought you made clever use of rope mechanics. Very innovative!

Nice game! I thought it was a clever idea and it was really well executed. The rope mechanics were really cool and the art worked really well! It felt like a very well polished game, awesome job!

This one didn’t work so well for me. I don’t really see the need for the shredder to turn off at all. It's challenging enough maneuvering the ropes around, and when it turns off there’s basically nothing you can do to stop an already-lit fuse. Also I agree that the shredder collider is too large and hampers movement. It might have been fine to let the player move through it to better line up ropes.

That said, it’s a really clever concept and I actually would be interested in a version with some kinks ironed out.
