Caterpillar by LDJQ

Caterpillar is a weird thing I made: why Caterpillar exists.
How to play
The title screen explains the controls. Things that can be interacted with have exclamation points floating next to them, and the exclamation point next to a character disappears when you have finished their quest (though you can still talk to them).
You will know you have done everything there is to do when the end button shows.

Super weird game, and the art is very unique. It's actually a very cool thing that you used pictures of your garden for it!
I absolutely agree that more quest variety is needed,
@unfinished.
I did run into difficulty with the game play where my encounters wouldn't end, and I'd be in a bit of a loop interacting with others. I played the web version, maybe that was the issue? Not that it stopped me from playing, though. Slug needs their crouton, after all.
Bright and psychedelic, and a little story to the fetch quests. Simple stuff, but I enjoyed it!
The background audio is a recording of my outdoor garden, and I was worried it would have noise issues.
I tried cleaning it up but my audio editing skills are severely lacking, so any tips are greatly appreciated.
