Had a REALLY fun time with this one. It's super fun, there's a lot of strategy you can employ (but archer-shield seems broken). Personally I wish there was music and sound effects as that would add so much to the experience. Here's my score when I decided to stop (it got repetitive once I become basically unbeatable).

Very interesting game, at the beginning I just wanted to unlock the troops behind, this curiosity drove me to continue to play. Finally, being able to summon a large number of warriors is very relaxing. It's like a total war simulator

Awesome game!! The art is adorable and I agree that music and sound would make this game pretty perfect. I think you should capitalize on the "becoming overpowered" part of the game. As @billnotic says, it gets repetitive once you become unbeatable, so maybe add a way to prestige once you hit that point? Start over with some new goodies and harder enemies? Keeps emphasis on the fun part of the game! Either way though, fantastic game!! :)

Very addicting, I kept wanting to try the different troops to see how they did. Has a good style to it too!

very addictive indeed. Took me a couple of runs to unlock unity at least once. Sometimes the game runs so fast though, that you didn't really notice any different between the unity as you cannot follow them individually

I was a little confused at first. Some visual or audio feedback would have gone a long way in indicating how the resources work. Its a ludum game so balancing is always a challenge but I feel like many of the units weren't very useful, not because of their ability but because of the AI. I don't want my bard or healer running in like a madman XD

The art was cool and its nice that you added speed options. The drag and drop felt a bit tedious. I would have preferred a select and place on click.

Excellent entry, I didn't get immediatly that we could summon the basic skeleton for free but that's definitely my bad :D I had a lot of fun playing the game, and if you have the opportunity to add sounds effects and some other elements (as the projectiles) it would add a lot to the whole, but still I found mindself playing mutliple run as I really enjoyed playing the game. I just found that some melee unit were definitely too weak (my berserker for 1k gold got one shot :x ). Overall an excellent little game, well done!

Great work!
I don't see strategy games like this one often during jams, it's refreshing and suits the theme perfectly. I couldn't help but see the among us crewmate on the bard's body, haha.

I won't point the obvious regarding sound design, I'm sure you already know but honestly, It didn't felt like it was cruelly missing something. I played with my music on and it felt nice. Batlle sounds in these type of game tend to get old if not chosen wisely, and i prefer nothing over an irritating sound.
Congrats on the entry! :sparkles:

Nice entry. The gameplay is simple. but effective and easy to understand. The variety in different units available for spawning gives the game some flavor and encouraged me to keep playing to see just what the others could do. The graphics are simple, but well done-I especially love the little waddle walk animations on the characters. The lack of audio really is the only thing that this entry suffers from, as it would help make the game feel *sooooo* much more lively. Overall, nice work!

Great job! The game is simple but challening and fun. I had a blast making different combinations of skeletons and builds. With sound and some balancing this can be a very complete little game.
