I figured out that the sun and water helps sustain newly planted trees. I was expecting those trees to eventually turn into forests but that didn't seem to be the case. So I used them as blockers from my actual forest being cut down. Great concept! I'll see If I can make some game-play suggestions:\n\n1. Definitely needs waves of the lumberjacks. Like, they only work during the day, and you can continue to work at night, but they don't start arriving for the first 3 days, and only one to start day one.\n2. During that night, you can use the sun's to help your saplings grow bigger to survive the onslaught better, rather than a health bar.\n3. You also need to water your trees to help them grow larger, again no water health bar, just a \"fill it up and they grow\" kind of thing. \n4. The hearts are to repair said trees and your forests health.\n5. The lumberjacks get stronger in number because they carry the lumber back home and build larger homes and so the population grows....\n6. The theme is about how humans somehow inevitably destroy the environment (I am not in this camp, but it's a good theme)\n7. Longer lanes! at least twice as tall\n8. Tree health is separate from sun and water. \n9. Music!\n10. Traps!\n11.
