I tested it on Android (Samsung Galaxy S3).
There was a weird black bar in front of the enemy base, so I couldn't see what was happening there :/
The assembly feature was cool, I didn't see how to use it strategically though (more expensive = better, isn't it?). But I couldn't hover over the parts to see their description on Android.

Android version has a rendering problem for the game world on many devices (mostly Samsung). I can't figure out why now because I don't have one to test...
